My daughter was in the hospital for surgery. I order flowers and spent a lot of money at 6:30 am with guaranteed delivery the same day. They never showed up. When I called the customer service, they had no explanation why it was not sent. I did have a confirmation email and all. They said it was too late to still deliver. They were rude, unapologetic, and did not seem to care at all. I will never use them again. Costumer service is a nightmare

I provided a room number and exact address.in my follow up with customer service, all they kept saying is they are giving me a refund — meanwhile, my little girl, who had surgery never got flowers. They said it was too late to still deliver. They were rude, unapologetic, and did not seem to care at all. I will never use them again.
