Went into the store August 19, purchased over $100 food. At home, I saw that the pepperoni was moldy. I thought I'd make a quick run to return/exchange for a fresh package. When I got there I discovered I had picked up the wrong receipt. Customer Service cashier said they needed a receipt or my ID. I left my purse at home in my rush to return the product before dinner. I asked to speak to a manager (Karl). Karl said the same thing.. no receipt or ID... they would not take the product or exchange. I had to go back home for the receipt. I felt they should have -at minimum- exchange the item and apologize (even apologize profusely) for my inconvenience. I have spent about a hundred dollars a week at this store for many years. This amounts to about $5, 200 each year. I can tell you, I will not return to this store because of this incident -- I think that losing my business was much more costly than the $3.57 for the pepperoni.
