Horizon / Charge
I applied for this card last weekend. My understanding is that i could use this card anywhere and i would not be charged the activation fee until the card was issued and set up in the system by going to www.Horizongoldcard.com. On may 5, 2008 $ 89. 95 was withdrew from my account. I did not know you were taking this out of my account before i activated my account. This caused me a lot of problems and it withdrew my account and i had to pay $125. 00 in bad check fees and the $89. 95. I did not go in the website and set up and accept the agreement for this card which means i applied for the card but i have the option to accept of decline the credit card. If you do not refund the full $89. 95 immediately i will be dispute this charge through by bank and file a formal report this activity as fraudlant.
