My name is Nathan Murray. I was charged 7 dollars from horizon card srvs, and it caused me to get a $30 overdraft fee. I never purchased anything from this company, I want my money and the overdraft fee refunded to me immediately from this fraudulent company. My email is [protected]@gmail.com. Why the [censor] do I have to make it 350 charactors to get a response? Bush league.

On 4/6/2018 I received my Horizon Gold Card which when I applied for it was represented as a credit card that could be used anywhere upon receiving it I can only use it on there website so I went on their site & searched for dog food it came back with 148 blue dog food brand dog food they don't sell ANY dog food on there site that's what a supervisor let me know while trying to cancel my account. I supposedly was successful in cancelling it with a refund of $6.95 the monthly amount charged only after being told I'm going to get a bad credit report that's going to ruin my credit then offering to increase my credit from $500.00 to $1000. & A $60.00 voucher that can only be used on their site that by just keeping the card & paying the monthly fee without ever using it my credit score would continue to get better every month due to the fact they would give the Equifax a good rating every month on my credit. I declined I was given a reference # offered a lawyer to speak with about my credit, a way to get instant cash advance & a vehicle loan. I declined a 3 offers

This isn't a credit card. What if I want to buy Groceries or get gas? Who about go on a date and pay for dinner a couple of drinks and a movie? Exactly, I can't do it with this FAKE, credit card. Please Horizon, refund money or I most definitely will have my Attorney start litigations against you. Thank you for your time and consideration

Remove any information that you habe obtained falsly in ref to [protected] I'D. It was an error by my daughter was using the computer and is 10 she typed my card on your page obviously. This isn't an order of slime. Don't want your service and am not going to pay or let you take something you haven't earned. Your card may be what some folks use but I have never seen it and your emails link to a bunch of hacking ads.

i did not want to get this card i hit the wrong button and couldnt go back on it ive tried numerous times to cancel it it took over 30$ off my card and i cant afford that i am broke thats all the money i had and i need it back by tomorrow because saturday is my twins bday party and i have to go shopping now i dont know what to do i do not this transaction to go through it says its pending i really need it cancelled now i dont know what to do my membership id is [protected] my name is jessica borders please help me please

I never had this and now today I check my account it said that they took out 6.95 for what Idont have no clue i want my money back I didn't even sign up for the card and for them to take money outta peoples with out them knowing is a scam I wanna know who to call to get my refunds they didnt have no right to get money and i never signed up its crazy

I went to check my bank account, and noticed a charge of 29.95 taken out.
They literally had just taken out the 29.95 less than two weeks ago so why are they pulling out ANOTHER monthly charge? I haven't even bought anything yet because I had just gotten my card yesterday, but now I want to cancel, and a refund.
I want a refund of at least the 29.95.
Please make it right Horizon.

This so called business has been taking 6.65 dollars out of my bank account since June 2015 and I have just figured it out I was supposed to get a card line of credit up to 500 dollars and I never got the card or anything didn't use the 500 dollars or anything I thought I didn't qualify for the loan being since I never got the card or any paperwork though the mail I have bank statements to back up everything and I would like to have my money back.

They started me with 29 dollar fee and told me that they report to equifax. well after 3 attempts to cancel my card they told me they would only charge me 6.95 a month and increase my credit line to 1000.. well after 3 months of them not reporting to equifax I called and finally canceled it.. well not 3 days after canceling my card they report to equifax that i closed my card which doesnt look good on my credit. Also they showed i only made two payments and they lied about the 1000 dollar credit line. It showed my line was only 500... SCAM AND LIARS. STAY AWAY FROM THESE PEOPLE. They dropped my credit score with their lies.

I have not yet recieved my card yet and they have been taking out 24.95 every month. And its bothering me that they are taking my money but never sent my card to me.? I was excited for me to get approved but when its been 6 months since i applied and still have not recieved my card its really frustrating since idk if it got sent to another address then someone might take it and use it to give me the bills and i have never seen or saw it i just applied. I want to cancel the card but they keep trying to persuade me into still having it. Ive been trying to close the account for a while and its really bothering me that they refuse to give me my money back and they refuse to cancel my card.

I am Cassandra bebber. I called earlier today and talked to a few people and my checking account was negative and I had no idea you guys were taking a fee of 19.95 out of my account each month. anyway I got a refund for two months but this has been going on for over a yr. anyway I want my whole refund back I think this card is a scam and no one should have to go through this. I did not find out till today that this monthly fee was coming out. I want my money back. I am single mother without a job and can barely make ends meet. give me my money back please.

I have a very low credit scores which is why I was kind of excited for this offer especially since it came right before Christmas. I'll be honest here, I haven't yet received the card, nor been to the "store" to see what their offers might be, I won't find it to be disappointing as I've been attempting to secure one of those on-line loans that promise a 2 minute application and money in your account the next day. Well, it's been 3 weeks of diversion and frustration and the only thing I've accomplished is clogging my email with hundreds of promises that won't deliver.

Need more item to chose from. To be able to shop for. Like outdoor aquipment. Like lawn mowers patio furniture. Home furniture. Kitchen items also bedroom item like the bed sets .bathroom item mats set curtain sets living room pictures also big rugs sets. Also all kind of Jewelry real and fake. Outdoor things like pool pumps saltwater and regular.also filters for pools all kind.A lot of things that you can buy for your home and outdoors. All kinds of things that a card member would love to buy better clothes all types of shoes .purses. Hand bags . Aplyance for your kitchen.

The department of child support services issued me a master card in which my child support is deposited monthly. I called to check my balance because a deposit was just made & it caught my attention because the amount was an odd amount and some change. My deposits are always the same even amount never any change. I talked to a representative that told me there was 2 transactions to Horizon card services for $19.95 on 6/10/16 and 5/10/16. So I had her look back at the previous months and sure enough again on 4/10/16 $19.95 was taken out of my account. Needless to say that same $19.95 charge was being taken out of my account on the 10th of each month for the past 2 years! The first transaction charge was on 5/10/14. I didnt think anything of it because it was that same way each month & I dont ever charge on my card, I treat it as if its a growing savings account so I just figured it may be fees applied to The Department of Child Support Services. Well $19.95 might not seem to be much but if you take all the charges that Horizon took from my account its $498.75. Now add up all the other amounts this company is taking from other people! Horizon Card Services is getting away with a large amount money! Something really needs to be done about all this fraudulent activity. Horizon Card Services($500 limit for people with bad credit) out of Indiana, Pennsylvania [protected]. Beware of this company! Don't inquire information from them or get scammed into signing up on a trail period. Protect yourself!

They are the most wasteful turds customer service and especially the supervisor. Warning, for anybody that's reading this do not and I mean do not get cardfrom these fraudulently, desperately wanna be legitimate, but really they're not... They will send you the card but the card has no logo that says visa, mastercard or american express the way a credit card should look. You can only use the card on their website and purchase items on their website only! Www.thehorizonoutlet.com and not only to shop on their website but to activate the card on thehorizonoutlet.com. #1 why would I want to go on the website to activate the card, when that is the same website you purchase their garbage items?. When I spoke to the wanna to be supervisor/team leader, she were trying to offer me all kinds of deals which I wasn't into the turd... I just wanted my whole refund back and I was totally serious... Why would you want to offer somebody more money on the card, when it's not even a real credit card? Why should I only purchase items only on www.thehorizonoutlet.com, if it's a credit card I should be able to purchase at any online store and just about purchase anything and use it for emergency. They will do anything and say anything just to keep your money and continue fooling you. Beware. Beware. Be very beware...

They make you believe you're getting a charge card master/visa type for $29.95. That's worth it to build up credit. You get the card go on line with it and it's a store. Then if you buy something, they make you use a debit/credit card and then make you pay for the highest shipping rate. Then they take a percentage of your order and put it on the horizon card and then you have to pay that too. A $20.00 item ends up costing you about $60.00. It's ridiculous. I am going to contract a news station to have them investigate this. Then maybe people can get their money back and close this place down! These people are crooks. Stealing from people that are trying to build their credit back up and meanwhile stealing from us! THEY MESSED WITH THE WRONG PERSON! I AM ONE THAT WILL NOT STOP UNTIL THIS IS TAKEN CARE OF!

I thought i was signing up for a free card. It has charged me 29.00 and sent my account into the negative with an overdraft charge. I want my money back into my account. I will be going to my bank tomorrow to try to take some sort of action. Put my money back in my account

i thougt that this was a real credit card and that it turns out that it isn't . when I found this so called card and that I found it online then that is the only reason that I got it . when that I got the card in the money and that they took the 30 pre payment before that you gotten the card and the card arrives in the mail it is something totally different when that you get the card in the mail and that I I am not happy about that . please I want my money back and that I want to go ahead and discontinue my card subscription. thank you for much . unhappy customer .
