I bought model UH71255, mfg. code L 17A AT in March. I didn't assemble iit until several months later because my rental cottage was having work done. It never worked properly. The suction from the bottom of the vacuum was poor. When I just used the hose the suction was good. But, I want to vacuum in a normal fashion. I wrote a complaint and received a long answer stating that there must be a clog and to put a broom stick and try and get it out. I did this. There was no clog. This has been a very frustrating experience. I would like to know what my options are now. The cup is clean, as is the filter. I took out the brush and there was just some pieces of hair. I think I need to have a repairman examine my machine. If this cannot be fixed, I want a full refund. I have only used the vacuum around 4 times Thank you for your cooperation. Alicia
