Hoover / Terrible experience

I bought a shiny new Hoover Dishwasher in June o4, 3 weeks later the dishwasher stopped allowing water in to wash. After a lot of arguments a replacement was given. 4 weeks later, having been on holiday for nearly 3 weeks the thing failed again. 3 days for engineer, "I think it needs a timer unit, I will order one, about a week". Needless to say I was not happy. Several frustrated phone calls later I finally got an agreement to exchange for a different brand.
