Received poor customer service from a bartender named Courtney and Manager named Kevin O'Connell on 10-22-2018 shortly after 10 pm CST. Bartender refused to provide me a menu, and focused most of her attention to another male customer in a black Nike hat sitting to my left, and then started arguing with me after I addressed her for not providing me good customer service. Her manager then proceeded to interrupt me mid sentence when I informed him that his employee was providing me poor customer service, called me a liar in front of other employees and customers, then proceeded to justify his and his employee's inappropriate behaviors of poor customer, and discriminatory practices of service towards me as a minority and elder and was recorded on video cameras in the business. I also noticed that the minorities in the business were being ignored mainly by staff and that the waitresses and bartender were more focused on flirting with white male customers that was being recorded by cameras in the business which is a violation of state consumer rights.This is not the first time this manager or his employees at the Springfield, MO location have treated me poorly as a customer and I have literally witnessed previous waitresses out in a car in the parking lot smoking weed in one of their cars while on break. The parking lot was filthy, the restaurant was filthy, and it would appear that not much has changed since the last time I talked with the District Manager after witnessing employees of his business consuming controlled substances while on the property. Due to these repeated negative behaviors towards me as a guest and customer as a minority and elder I am requesting that a member of corporate contact me at their earliest convenience after 12 noon CST to discuss possible resolutions and I be compensated for my time and poor customer service I received from this location. I also am requesting a handwritten apology letter from corporate as well due to the lack of care and concern this location has had towards me as a customer in the business.

I've been eating at Hooters since 1994. I love the atmosphere and love the food. Lately my friends and I refuse to go to the locations in Louisville KY because of the grade they received from the health department. If you look up the grades and why they get that grade it's F-ing disgusting! I waited weeks because when you get a low nasty grade like they received it usually changes asap. The score has stayed the same and now we go to nasty Roosters which use to be no competition. What in the hell is going on? At least clean one of the stores in Louisville. Preston Hwy is the one we like I have not checked the Dixie hwy due to how far it is. Please do something so the balance of good food, (clean) food can be restored it seems like they don't care and they are messing up the good name, This bothered me so much that I wrote this bs at 12:38am.

Hattiesburg location. they will bully employees and constantly threaten them with termination due to Mississippi not having any protection for the employee. a guy came in and left a 110.00 tip. 3 weeks later he decided he didn't mean to leave that much. he filled out the ticket himself and also did the correct math for the total. the on call manger that day looked at it and approved it to be paid out the general manager (Mr Jay) told the waitress to pay the money back or she couldn't work their anymore. the employee did nothing at all wrong or illegal. she said she is not paying it. she asked the manager to please go back and review the tape from that day and he could see exactly what happened. he then said that he wasn't gonna do that because the store wants to refund the customer and make him happy. she reached out to the owner (Mr Peter) and he hasn't called or returned emails.

# 1 very slow service. the Waitress was not Attentive in fact left dirty dishes on our table the food was not Prepared like asked for instance onion rings ask for crispy they were not the waitress that took the order did not bring the order out because she was too busy talking to friends obviously .Had ask for manager twice 10 minutes Later came out all sweaty mind you there is only 30 people in the whole restaurant He apologize for the delay he said he was very busy in the kitchen which I cannot understand that either .But he was nice enough to bring us out 3 onion rings for our Terrible dining experience I haven't ate at hooters in a long time and now I don't plan to go back for a long time.

I went to the hooters on preston hwy in Louisville, Ky on Wed Oct. 3rd. There was no one at the counter when I walked in. Several women standing at tables talking but no one at entrance. I waited about 5 minutes and saw a seat at bar so I walked over and took a seat. Two hostesses behind bar. In the 10 minutes I sat there neither paid me any attention or said they would be with me in a minute. When I got up to leave no one said anything. I drove to the Hooters on Dutchman's lane and was met at counter. Waited on immediately and had a nice dinner. The preston store has done this to me and several friends numerous times. No more.

dear sir, on oct 6 2018 me and my husband went to your hooters in douglaville ga to enjoy the georgia game and the food while watching the game a young guy went through the restaurant changing the channels on all the tv to put them on the fight well i understand so might want to watch the fight but some dont as there were 3 tv already on the fight we asked him to change the tv that we was watching back to the game he ignored us i was highly upset im a loyal customer and spend alot as my receipt was 92.00 dollars I felt like we where disrespected and ignored if that the way you treat you customers well you lost one . thanks [protected]@yahoo.com

Had boneless wings and had a completely raw wing. This was upsetting and then for the waitress to come back and say hopefully it was a fluke. This was after she took it and showed the manger. Not a visit form the manager and then to just drop off the bill like nothing ever happened. This is not very good customer service at all. This is a concern because this can make people very sick and glad myself and son were not a victim. I do have a picture of the wing and my receipt of this sitting. Salmonella poisoning is nothing to take lightly.

Hello I'm Isaias Valenzuela, I'm writing to let you know the theft that happened over the weekend. We got robbed while we slept. Somebody came in my hotel room while I was sleeping and took my wallet and my brothers wallet. I had around 300 dollars and my brother did too. I also had 3 credit cards and my dL and military id which I need. I got a text around 830 that somebody try to use my card and that's when I woke up and checked. This incident happened between 4-8. Three times I have been there. No more
I usually sit front center bar, every time I have to wave down a waitress to get a drink, , this is after been there awhile.
Then I literally have to get attention to order food, , , ( she writes on a napkin).
Over an hour later I get food.
Shrimp was rubber and wings were burnt.
I frequent Hooters in several city's and have enjoyed the food and service. I think I'll just go somewhere else.

Arrived on 9/28/18 @ 7pm to eat supper with my wife... Upon arrival our waitress took our order... My wife ordered 15 wings naked no sauce and a Pepsi... I ordered the Platter with 6 buffalo shrimp, 6 boneless wings and 6 breaded wings... I told her I wanted ALL the shrimp ALL the boneless wings and ALL the breaded wings to be VERY VERY WET plus the breaded wings were to be ALL DRUMS ! And I ordered a Pepsi...

Well when our food was delivered we still had not received silverware yet... My wife's order was fine... However mine was NOT even close to being accurate ! First of all NONE of my chicken or shrimp had ANY extra hot sauce on it so they were far far from being very very wet ! Also my regular 6 breaded wings that were supposed to be ALL DRUMS ! Well those 6 were 2 drums and 4 flats ! Everything was dry as heck ! This meal was PATHETIC to say the least... I have been eating at Hooters since 1983 when it began in Clearwater... But without a doubt it was the WORST meal I have ever eatin in my lifetime...

What's even worse people is that we just moved to this area this past May 2018 and this Hooters in Conyers, Ga is the ONLY Hooters to choose from for people to eat at without driving many miles to another store... That just is not convenient people... And what makes it even worse is that we have eatin here at least 6-8 times from May thru Sept. and everytime we have had problems with our meals... Why you have a female in charge of this Hooters I'll never know especially a black female... This Hooters has the exact same problem that about 80-85% of the restaurants have here in Newton and Rockdale County Georgia... They have there African American and Caucasian ratios way out of wack staff wise... There are about 90% African American employees and 10% Whites... Thats about what you have in Conyers, Ga store... That's not the right ratio to run a company anywhere folks... And stop lying to the public when you shoot your advertisement photos for Hooters... Everytime I receive an email from Hooters advertising something or selling something I have seen nothing but White female Hooters ladies in everyone of them... Never ever a Black Hooters lady... That's pathetic...

Bottom line someone from management needs to evaluate at least the COOKS in Conyers, Ga store and see why they have such a problem following what the waitress writes on her order pad from the customer... Because nothing is worse to a customer than to pay $25 for a meal and it come to the table SCREWED UP ! Everytime I come into that same store...

We visited a Hooters down the street from my house for the first time on Lugo drive in Franklin Tennessee. The outside apearence was deplprable. The porch where they had an outside bar was falling apart. The " volleyball" area was run down and trash littered the sand. The orange unbrellas were bent and scattered on the property and the ajoinong vacant lot looks like a construction zone without the consttuction.
When we came in the service was semi froendly. But the waitress acted lile we were inconveniencing her social life by waiting until we were ready to order. The food was not even hot when we got it. I ordered bonless wings. They were soggy on the outside and freezer burnt and smelled of it as well. Kinda fishy smelling and tough. The fries i got were obviously sitting for a while before they hit my plate. My bpyfriends were the same way.
I am semding you this complaint because I am originally from Myrtle Beach SC. Your company ussd to take pride in your franchise. Looking at and visiting this location proves that is no longer true.

On 09/23/2018 at 9:00 pm, we arrived for dinner after our Sunday night bowling. Party of 6. Everything started out great. We visit this restaurant often. We ordered drinks and appetizers. When we ordered our entree, my husband ordered our normal. Traditional wings naked medium well done and dry. We get them all the time, but don't always come out perfect. Your wings which are awesome normally come out very wet, so that is why we order them the way we like them. And we usually get them just the way we like them. Last night the whole party received their food, but no wings for us. The manager came over and told us, our wings were served to the wrong table. He apologized and said he was having a fresh batch made for us right away. Ok, no problem things happen. Well when we got our wings, they were not the way we ordered them. Asked the waitress if we could get them more we'll done. When she brought them back they were burnt, at this point since the rest of our party was finished eating we asked her to just take them off our bill. The manager came over and asked what was the problem, we told him they were burnt. Explained we have ordered them this way many times and have never been served them this way. He just didn't seem to care. Very disappointed in his lack of customer service. His name was Matt, this location was in Port Charlotte, fl.

I applied to work as a hooters girl and the interview went great! The manager Casey told me to come back the next day to " try on the uniform to make sure it fits" which was a little bothersome in itself. & made me feel uncomfortable because I worked as a hooters girl there before & I was not required to do that. So I went in and took the pic and today 9/20/2018 I called to check on the process and the manger Casey told me that he was not going to hire me because I'm FAT! That is discrimination & I am not fat at all. I am 5'7 140 pounds! I am going to SUE! Unless you offer me a settlement I'm going to sue.

Hi, i just recently quit my job at Hooters on Merchants because of a problem with my manager and him treating me awful and making a scene in front of my tables which was unprofessional and very rude. I just think I need to bring attention to the fact that the same manager that treated me that way also always smokes weed while on the clock. Everyone knows about this but he's the "nice and cool" manager so nobody is going to snitch on him. I, on the other hand, was only working there for not even a month and was completely fed up with the manager and some of the workers. this manager was awful and i heard him loudly refer to the hooters girls as "stupid f**king b**ches" while talking to another employee simply because he was mad at them for not wanting a 20 person party. this is unacceptable and needs to be taken care of. please contact me back for more info on this person. thank you so much!

I have been a customer for years and every year I have received a coupon for my birthday. BUT NOT THIS YEAR! I have called Hooters for over 3 months now with no resolution. They have flat out lied to me telling me they have contacted me. NO. They have recommended I "sign up" again. I did that. I had a friend sign up with his birthday particulars. And neither one of us has ever heard back. The incompetency over there has no limits.

I'm done.

I will now take clients and fellow associates to other eateries in the area.

I ordered (6) bacon wrapped wings and curly fries to my work on 9/13 around 7:30 and I received an email saying it was cancelled. I called 4782 Monroe St Hooters who then told me it was Door Dash's issue. I called Door Dash and after an extensive amount of time on hold, they said they'd resolve it. I talked with the manager again who said to try once more, to no avail. Placed again and it canceled again. Manager advised to make a complaint, but settled it when i was able to place it elsewhere. This is a huge issue as I order from Hooters quite often and have never before had an issue.

My wife and I and another couple went into the Hooters restaurant in Macon GA last night. First, let me say the store was not busy. We had to wait for our waitress to come to our table almost 20 minutes before she took our drink orders. It took the staff another 10 minutes to get 4 beers. She finally returned with our drinks and said she'll be right back and left again. She finally returned after again another 8 minutes. We have now been sitting without ordering our food for approximately 38 minutes. My wife and I both ordered 10 wings each and fries as did our friends. Everyone got their food after another 20 minutes but me. For some reason, our waitress forgot my order. She apologized and said my order will be out in 5 minutes which I knew was a lie based on how long it took for everyone else to get their food. At this point, I'm furious and damn stubborn that I will wait all night if I have too to get my food. It took another 9 minutes to get my wings which were Jerk, I ordered Rajun Cajun wings. The restaurant was filthy as were the bathrooms. We drove all the way from Perry GA to get Hooter wings and had to experience this horrible service. If management doesn't do something about this store and its staff, your going to lose a lot of business. We definitely will not be back to this store. Buffalo Wings is building a new restaurant on HW 96 in Warner Robins GA. We'll be going there for our next wing and beer fix.

I went to the Hooters in Horn Lake Mississippi on September 8th 2018 about 6:30 p.m. I wanted to get the 24 piece of shrimp BBQ I ordered it and I had a coupon from Groupon on my phone and I showed it to the waitress. She said that I could use it afterwards when I am finished eating. It was my mistake that I did not read the coupon correctly that I was supposed to order like as if it's takeout and order on the internet. The manager was not able to help me order it on the internet like it if it was an order and then pay there instead. The coupon said I had to buy $20 worth of food and I would get $10 off. Well that did not work when I tried to do it after the fact of already eating and then paying for it even with the help of the manager I ended up having to pay the whole price of $21.24 which really pissed me off. Understandable I made the mistake I'm not ordering over internet. I went out to my car after paying for my food and eating and I went and tried to use the coupon like I was going to order the food through the internet connection low and behold it would not allow me to order it and use the coupon. It kept saying every time I would use my credit card and " I was not allowed to use this coupon for anything purchased by a guest". Well here we go now I couldn't even order it on the internet so the coupon wasn't working there either. I feel that I should get reimbursed for the overcharge of having to pay for my whole meal instead of being able to use that coupon when I tried to use it over the internet and order like takeout. If you're going to give a coupon to Groupon it should be able to work. I ordered the proper amount of food to cost $20 so I should have gotten the $10 off and then I would have only had to pay $12.24 so I am really pissed off of that. I think I should be reimbursed for the $12.24 and you should fix these coupons so they can work I have another one I would like to use before September 12th 2018. Susan Zitzler

Place hasn't been cleaned in ages until your regional manager came in this week (where the hell has he been?) and they cleaned the place. Nevermind the roaches. Likely they will crawl across your table as they've done mine several times. No pest control service I've been told. Disgusting! One manager likes to leave early quite often. She's looks like she HATES her job. I think her sister works in corporate. And if you fire Monica you are firing the wrong person as the manager in question should be fired! Her name starts with a K. Last but not least, there was blood splatter all over the floor in the men's bathroom that was there for WEEKS! Serious hepatitis concern I would imagine. Just think if Hooter's pet roaches crawled through that and into somebody's food? I will be notifying the Health Dept. as well. Is this how you people live? Does Hooter's condone this? Time to take out the trash guys, too much of it in there.

Hi my name is Sommer Easterwood, I currently work as a host at Florence Kentucky Hooters. I just wanted to inform the corporate office that the management at my store is awful. They constantly treat me and other employees horribly. They never give me any respect and i love my job but it's hard to go to work everyday because they are so disgusting towards me everyday. I'm pretty sure some of them also do drugs at the work place and that's never okay. The first names of the managers are, Toby, David, and Renee or she also goes by Heather.
