I ordered a product in January (it is now March 30th) from Speedy Health Supplements with the understanding it was in stock. When not received within 10 days - 2 weeks I emailed to inquire - no response. I repeated several times and still no response. I then called repeatedly and was told they did not have the product and had no idea when it would be back in stock. When I asked for a refund to my credit card (which had been charged immediately upon placing order), I was told it would be a lot of trouble and take too much time. I told the customer service agent I was willing to wait, but he told me he could not promise the item would be restocked before the end of time or the return of Jesus Christ to the earth. Yet, he still would not refund my credit card. I turned the matter over to my credit card company. I WOULD STRONGLY RECOMMEND THAT YOU SHOP ELSEWHERE!!!
