I'm trying to access my hoobly account and they're asking for a verify code. The code should be texted to my phone and hoobly customer service says it's been delivered and received however I've gotten no text from hoobly. I've contacted customer support countless times and nothing is being done to correct the problem. I've been a member almost two years without issues. Customer service has stopped communicating with me forcing me to feel abandoned.

Hoobly allows anyone to post anything and it appears it is not even a real site. I know for a fact that a particular unlicensed German Shepherd puppy breeder/animal hoarder who is actively under investigation in the state of Illinois is trying to sell puppies on this site. This person lives off the puppies that she breeds by a few dogs which she breeds over and over until they are used up and then gets rid of them and acquires new dogs to breed. Why is this allowed to go on?

Was supposed to purchase a chihuahua puppy from user momcake the add stated beautiful colors purebred so I contacted I was told I was first to call I got first pick I picked the runt of the litter and she contacted me 2 weeks later stating that she wanted me to pick a back up just in case coz she was the smallest and had never had one this small and she might have to keep her i made it clear i didn't want another we drove 2 hours to see the dog and make sure they are real so she says to give her some extra time 2 weeks to grow a little more and we will see how she is doing she call a week later tho say the dog diedshe before all this when i first picked her I had already sent 100 deposit which we agreed on she then said she needed 100 more by the following week because she normally charges 200 which wee never discussed I sent another 100 after meeting her through pay pal. I don't really believe the puppy died i think she just wanted to keep it but now she says she can only pay me a little at a time it's a mess pretty sure she got my money and a puppy this is in Fredericksburg va her name is Laura I should've known better will NEVER go to an unlicensed breeder again.

Site refuses to register my email to enable me to inquire about pets. Phone number provided to help apparently is invalid. I have tried several times to receive a response from this site for assistance to no avail. As they are listing live animals, I am extremely concerned as to their legitimacy and what is happening to the animals this site advertises for sale. I hope people listing animals on this site are very careful as to who they sell to because I do not believe hoobly.com is legitimate and cares at all about animals.

Spent over an hour trying to log in to Hoobly in order to purchase someones dog. Site would not allow me to log in. Site would not allow me to register as a new user. They did not respond to email and just sent robotic responses by text. I was never able to get into the site and Hoobly suspended me for trying! Seems like a scam site to me since they get my email and cell number and them provide no services! I am in process of reporting them as a scam site.

I cannot login into either of my accounts. Every time I try to login a message comes up to call 252-701-1000. This is some virus or spam phone number. I hear many people are having this trouble with your system. Are you guys going out of business? Is there someone trying to fix this issue? It been happening for the past 3 weeks. I do not have my customer number. I even tried to start another account and your system would not allow it. Even when I try downloaded your application on my cell phone the same result. It is as though your whole system is infected. My email address is [protected]@hotmail.com

Guy (Mike, lenard, and many other names) states that he has the pet your looking for, will air flight it to you, demands Moneygrams. After he certifies your payment, you will not hear from him again. He uses Google Voice 410.929.1841. When I googled the number, it shows many different types of animals for sale from all over the country. It's important to know that the phone number is always used in this guys scam.

Suspended? Really? I had a phishing attempt posing as hooblyalertteam. Telling me they need my user name... Pass word... Etc... As my account is on the verge of being suspended. Stupid me. I gave it to them. Note to everyone note; no one legit ever asks for this info. But what frustrates me is there is no way to get in contact with hoobly, I have tryed to change accounts gotten new email addresses and all to no avail. Everytime I put my phone number in for someone to call or text me others get warning that they may be getting scammed. And my account is once again getting suspended. Really is there no one to trust any more?
I have been a member for 4 plus years and have never cheated anyone. I have been a breeder for 10 plus years and have puppies to sell and people all over that have gotten happy healthy puppies they paid for. Please
Hoobly do something about this.

I purchased a supposed "Ragamuffin" kitten from a woman named Christie at account " jmldycr8408". While I am happy to have rescued my sweet kitten from this woman, she should be banned from selling, let alone raising, any kind of animal. My kitten was in horrible condition when I took him home. He smelled, was malnourished, had the worst case of ear mites I've ever seen, roundworms, and skin sores from fleas.
The house was in such poor condition I wasn't even allowed past the front door. This certainly set off alarm bells, but after what I witnessed there was no way I could leave a tiny little kitten in such poorly conditions.
I was promised vet records that I have never received after repeated attempts, and at this point am left to believe the kitten was never even taken to the vet. And while I love my kitten dearly, I certainly do not believe he is a pure breed of any kind. This woman is running a total racket and abusing animals in the process. Stay far away from Christie in Canton, Ohio.

I had someone on day before Thanksgiving 2017 hack into my Hoobly account which I have had for 8 years or longer. I emailed Hoobly with no response till that Monday and said I needed a Domain email address cause mine was Suspended? I have created a New Domain email address and it still say's Suspended. Why? I am a breeder who has very good happy satisfying people and now have No way of selling my puppies on here. Why? I have done everything I have been told to do from Hoobly but nothing is being done? Would you like to be treated like me if shoe was on other foot? I even paid to have my old email account Terminated Permanently.

I saw several ads for French Bulldogs and English Bulldogs for sale in MN. So I texted the numbers to get more information. Both texts came back insisting I communicate only through email. (I knew it was fishy but I was bored so I created a fake email to see how they would try to scam me).

I got this response back from "Mike Smille" (attached to the email were pictures of 5+ random puppies, when he said he only had two available.)

I Quite appreciates your interest toward my puppies The question is the puppies be able to find a lovely home with you? Do you have enough time to spend with the puppies and care for them? If so I will be very happy to give out the puppy(s) to you. I know you should be asking where I got the puppies from or if I am a breeder, I am not a breeder nor miller. I inherited these little creatures from my grand parents this is their first littler. To tell you more about the puppies,

-They are just 9 weeks and are very free to leave to leave their new home.
-They are up-to-date on all shot, highly intelligent puppies who adore people.
-They are excellent with children, love everyone, gladly be friendly to all including intruder.

Unfortunately I can't look after the puppies because I have moved down to (Los Angeles California) to take care of my father who is going through Alzheimer. I am so sorry to tell you this but I think I should be honest with you because having these puppies is a huge responsibility. I am presently taking care of my dad and finds it so so difficult with the puppies coupled with my new job. Please I will appreciate you consider one or both puppies as part of your family and it will be my pleasure to deliver the puppy where ever you are located. Each puppy is going to cost you $500 including Home delivery and $1000 for both. This is how I have made up my mind through prayers in search for a reliable and a caring person to take care of the puppies. But before we proceed I have some questions for you if you don't mind answering them sincerely,

1) Are you a breeder or do you intend to breed the puppy when the come over?
2) Do you have a vet hospital where you can take the puppy for check up?
3) Do you have a pet loving home/kids to play with the puppies when you are not at home?
4) Where exactly are you located?
5) Is there someone to take care of the puppy when you are not at home?
6) Are you interested in a male or female or will you like to take both puppies?
7) Phone Numbers?
kindly respond to my email with the answers and a picture of the puppy you are interested in.

For some reason the site is not working, and will post only some pics and not others when trying to upload pics of puppies please fix! I attempted to force the site to show pics in order so I renamed them 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6 but then when uploading the site would pick and choose which ones would show and which ones would not!

Please fix this so that people can post

My wife and I bought a wolf hybrid pup off of Hoobly classified ads from a woman named Christine Pearce with the username Woofi, she claimed the dog was upper-mid content which would be between 50% and 84% wolf, so we purchased the dog based off of her misrepresentation. We had the dog DNA tested and he has only 5% wolf. Bought the pup based on lie

I purchased what I thought was a Newfoundland puppy from user name Mewnes1 on Hoobly two minths ago. I ordered a DNA test, as I was fairly certain in short order that my pup is a mutt. As it turns out, she is a mix of about half a dozen breeds. I love her regardless, but I still wanted a Newfie so I looked on Hoobly again, only to find the same user still selling puppies as Newfies. I reached out to this person via text. They immediately deleted their post. This person is a scam artist and needs stopped.

On 12/12/2017, I used the address provided by hoobly.com to send $27.82 worth of bitcoins to them so I could get premium time and I was never given credit for the transaction. There is no contact us link on their website to contact them directly. I would like to either be reimbursed for the transaction or update my account with the $27.82 so that I can receive premium time.

A lady by the name of Paula Hancock(Paula Victoria) was selling a Cockapoo to me and she sent the pics and info. After the deposit was made I asked her for more pics. She would always have an excuse. I started looking on her facebook and the pictures of the pup she said was him was not.. It was a litter that she had posted back in 2014...when we confronted her she kept lying until we told her we had proof and she said well all the litters will look the same. This lady isnt honest n lies and refused to refund my deposit. This was my sons Christmas gift!

Was interested in son English bulldog puppies that was for sale .then was given the email address of in law that had two left for adoption . [protected]@gmail.com and then have emails from him and proof of emails of sale of dog . We paid 430.00 through western union and was told dog was being shipped . Then received another email that they needed 900 dollars more for ins but we would get that refunded . I called per express carrier and was told no ins fee was charged with them that this was a scam !

I have advertised with Hoobly for many years. Then I got an email asking for all kinds of information about my email information. After a couple of questions for innocuous information they were still asking for more information. When I refused and started asking who they were my ads were deleted. Repeated attempts to reach them to find what I needed to do to be reinstated went unanswered. I finally got another request, this time asking for a "paid" email address and if I wouldn't provide one I would not be reinstated. When I asked what difference it made whether it was paid for or not I got no answer. I did send them an address for a Bellsouth acct that I don't use but I still have not heard back from them and still have not been reinstated. I did however get a notice today from another company I didn't know telling me that if I didn't pay $75 for renewal of my domain name it would be cut off. These are not the people I deal with and they charge no where near what I pay yearly. I can only assume that this is another scam. Meanwhile I sit here with no one answering my emails, and no way of being reinstated. Hoobly must be aware of this. Why are they not doing something to correct it

Be aware fake Hoobly support contacts. Received a notice through Hoobly from person pretending to be a support person from Hoobly with aol.com email address. Here is the text:
Dear Hoobly User.We the Hoobly Support Team wish to inform you that, we have noticed some fraudulent activaties associated with account and we would like you to verify your account with us.Failure to do sowill lead to a permanaent closureof your account.Verify your account with us by using this info via emailus at...hoobly.[protected]@aol.com. UserName... Email Adrress... Password... Number Of Ads... Last Login Date... Last Renew Date...

I received an email from Hoobly informing me that my Gmail account had been compromised and they suspended my account ( Hoobly does not have access to my information just the address) . I was informed via email that I would need to create a new email address. I did so. I can not access my account because NOW Hoobly informed me that this 2nd email address ( after allowing the me to use a free gmail acct.) had to be from a pre selected PAID email address. Again I attempted to do so with a -bright house email address - it is not on the pre approved address although Hoobly indicated that they would review any email address that were not on their list. I sell parakeets on this site along with a few reptiles, etc.
There is no email address available to contact anyone. The phone number listed on the Facebook home page is a Majik Jack number that has not yet been assigned according to the voice mail I received when I attempted to call this number. I can not access my accounts to even delete from this site. This site is very unprofessional and is noted for issues with people with paid subscriptions with that in mind I chose free option. Had had no previous issues until this point in time. I want to access my accounts.
