Hong Leong Customer Service Care / faulty atm transaction
I used your ATM as usual at terminal A139 at your Seapark branch to withdraw 1, 000/- for my eye surgery.
The machine gave me a receipt,
subtracted the amount from my account,
but did not give me the cash!
You can check the security camera to verify this was what happened.
I have filled a form with the branch to complain but I hope this will get to you sooner.
I am going to Assunta for an operation on the 11th of January and I need my money for that.
