My complain is that I had a bad financial status, and my car payments was $389.00 a month for 3 years I always paid on time but the last 2 months things got harder and I was able to send just $250.00 a when I spoke to customer service at Honda she said it was ok and told me at longes I paid something it will be ok, but last Sunday they came and repo my car and I just have 6 more payments to go and I'll fininsh with the contract, so I call honda financial and they told me that they don't have the records and is being 4 days and no respond so the car is sitting on the lot, and the more stay there it will cost me more money. so I ask them if I paid the remaindding balance $3454.00, will still be consider repo they told me yes, them I ask them againg in my contract said after they fininsh my contract if I want to purcharse the car I can for $10, 000.00 I ask the customer service if still will be consider repo she told yes, but all this time theywere very rude and they arae sitting on the papper work they have very bad customer service, It will be nice if some will look into this or maybe you can guide me who do I need to talk about this because all my life I always got cars from honda and this is the first time they trick me like bad, so please I need help or advise if you really look in to all this situation I wal almost finish and I think is not fare that just because the economy is bad they try to jerk anybody.

this just happened to my daughter from Honda as well...she had the $$ to pay that day, but they wouldn't let her & they took the car in front of her 3 yr. old who was crying because her Mom was so upset. How the heck can she pay this off if she has no car to get to work...Honda may make a great car, but watch out for Honda Financial!

Honda Financial Services I am your economic slave for 6 years. All I work for is to make you fat and rich. Thanks to you I might not be able to eat three meals a day in the coming months.

I have to make a difficult choice: pay you greedy ### $540 a month (and $300 a month in auto insurance) or put food on the table and pay rent

I guess I have to pay you greedy guys right? I don't want the SLAVE MASTER to go out of business. So I will starve to death before I stop paying you

Thank you Honda Financial Services, you guys deserve the "Nobel Peace Prize" for helping increase poverty in the middle class American society

Just today I had something very similar happen to me. I purchased a motorcycle over the summer, and was always on time with my payments, and I also had the option to pay more every time, and sometimes I did. Only the past few months I encountered a problem with my payment options through my account, and my payments were not going through. I was unaware of this for almost 2 months, and then I started getting calls from Honda Financial Services. I spoke to a representative and they agreed to use what is allowed within the payment decree in that I was allowed to miss payments with consent, and so they did do that, or so I was told. Until I find out that they never put the account on hold, like they said they would, as I was now able to just pay off the balance. However, in the short time of only two weeks, as one of them I was in Florida, they already sent out an order of repossession. They did not do what I was told they would do, and they also did not document what I was told they would document. From now on I am recording everything on my end, and I am also going to file a complaint as Honda may just have lost a customer over a simple $500, and I am paying off the remaining $7000 without a problem. I have owned 9+ Honda products in my life, and am a huge fan, but I will say that their ability as a huge company to work through not even a financial issue definitely has me thinking twice about using them for future products. I will now most likely spend my money on something else who makes just as good products. Their loss!

If you're not getting any help or response from these guys, you should post them on this site, this is for anyone who has been screwed, ripped off or felt that they had been done wrong. The name of the site is www.uradeadbeat.com, it gives you a voice to the people who will not listen. Not only does the person who you are complaining about receive an email letting them know that they have been put on the deadbeat list (as long as you provide email address) but, they will also receive a post card (as long as you provide a mailing address) notifying them too.
