I live in hometown America and other than some minor issues with management, this is very fine community. Everyone is friendly. People are green thinking. We are starting our own farmers market. We had our wedding here and the clubhouse was nice and it was free. All in all HA in San Jose is great!
The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer’s satisfaction.
They said I had a gun to get a restraining order on me because I was still checking my mail and I told four people loudly that they stole my home.
Since they have been harassing me into hiding and probably convinced my ##### roommate to sock me three different times. She was a lazy #####
After three months I find my metal plumbing was sabotaged and under my home was drenched in august
They wouldn't accept rent and sold it they say

They have broken so many laws
The manager at creekside constantly used the police of citrus heights against me. First was the burglary and framing of my neighbor then when I card for aid the chpd beat the #### out of me and while detained on the ground by two chpd one rips off my pajamas and I has a PTSD reaction. Ever since then I would get citations from managnent for basically any thing. I said thanks for being awesome and it turned into False police reports for eight months. All to make way for a new mobile homes cuz mine is 40 years old. They raised the rent with their illegal lease agreement so ca not afford to repair my home
I have the same problem with management also, I live in Hometown Audobon and because my fiance's ex wife lives in the same park they put a no trespassing paper through the local police and now he can not come and stay here with me even though the manger had said he could, and I was able after the background check put him on my lease..Help me please
Brenda and Bill - I am wondering what you are paying for rent. I am up to $760 a month. I bought my home for $172, 000 so living in a land lease manufactured home community is certainly no bargain. I can't write any of my costs off on taxes and I can't get a mortgage because I do not own the land. I have filed a complaint with the Florida DBPR and wrote a letter of complaint to Rich Cline of HOA, but have not received any response yet except for a letter from Tampa that did not address any of my issues. This is the worst financial mistake I have ever made so I feel your pain. I have been trying to sell my home for the past three years at half of what I bought it for, but nobody wants to pay this exorbitant amount of rent. I certainly did not expect to spend my retirement years fighting to be treated fairly by a greedy landlord.
Terrible manager, complain nothing don. Call Tampa useless. Community falling apart. Young children living there. Gates left open all time (gated community JOKE)
Take our lot rent does nothing. Complain NOTHING.

We live at the Fairways in Orlando, Florida. Manager is terrible, grounds just not kept up, complain and all you get is the run around.
Management only interested in making money for Hometown and not the people who pay their salary.
If we could get money for our house would move outttttt.
