Hi,
I received from homeshop18.com very bad quality product.
I ordered a Eagle 3 PC non stick cookware from them. It was broken on arrival and had very cheap quality platic handles.

They are neither refunding me or giving me a replacement.

I don't know what to do. I already complaint thruough their website. Not callback received.
