I (LaDean Zinnerman) received a letter stating that I have been enrolled in a program . I was not notifed or nor did I give my premission for any such action. This company has already charged me $ 1.99 for trail service and a $19.95 per month. What I'm mostly upset about is that they have my credit card number. I don't know how this occured, but there is something that should be done about it seriously and quickly. They shouldn't be able to use anyone cardd at their own will. Let me know what can be done about this situation.

I had ordered a pressure cooker xl and I was enrolled in Value Plus without my knowledge and was changed $39.95 for 3 months, and now being charged for benefits with HOME PLAY for things such as" 20% off gift cards at Target and Wal-Mart, $1000's in restaurant coupons and fast food certificates, 20% off hotel and car rentals, $280 in cash-back-awards." This is so #%&#ing wrong and they need to be stopped because people like myself on a fixed income get financially hurt and it can take months to recover from these charges causing checks to bounce and incefficient funds charges. If there is a great injustice Attorney that reads these comments I do hope that they would take the time to right this wrong.

I did not authorize any of these to be debited to my acct or any others that may be on there. I saw these on my bank statement when i was overdrawn. I do not even know what they are. I called 2/3 months ago to have it stopped. Money was to be refunded and a form sent in the mail. Obviously none of this happened. If all of these are not cancelled and all my money refunded form the time you started withdrawing it immediatley i will contact better business bureau and also my attorney. I am sick and tired of money being taken out of my acct. For something that i dont even have a clue what it is for! Charles comly, jr

I have had several overdraft Fees from my Bank Account as a direct reult of this company taking funds out of the Account without my Authurzation. I got there name from my Bank and have never heard of them before that day. My Bank gave me a Phone # but it does not work. With all of the other complaints I have read on this site I wonder how long it will take before they are shut down or how many more unsuspecting, honest people will be taken advantage of. This is completely unexeptable, And I will do everything I can to get these Con men SHUT DOWN

I'm still trying to login to "regular" site to no avail. What the heck? I used the MBR# sent to me in the letter you sent. The complaint dept sent me my login email and password...And zip, zero, nada, nothing...doesn't work either...How the heck can you sell something the consumer can't use? Is there a secret password, or maybe a hidden treasure we should all know about...This is too hard for the money spent...

Where is the gift card promised when you called my home an asked me to join this little group?
I am not one to be jooped or messed over there will be a lawyer involed in the near future if this is not resolved. It is not right that you would take money from my card and expect me to just allow it to continue..NOOOOOOOOOO...

THIS NEED TO BE ADDRESSED ASAP...

I think these people are scam artisits. I did not order anything from them yet I received this info in the mail. I can not get onto the website and cancel this thing. I do not care to order anything from them they need to stop calling people and bugging people The name of the person I got to contact is Matt Connally And I will be calling the Attorney General on this matter.

I was charged $19.95 without my authorization. I have called the 800# but they cant find the charge?

I just noticed we have been charged $24.05 since 11/09, for Home Play, something I had no knowledge of. Robert, at the call center *[protected]* advised I had purched this service while I purchased something else on the Internet, even though I knew notjhing about it. He say he cancelled it right then. He could not give me a telephone number to their Home Office, but gave me a mailing address of: 5832 Lincoln Drive, #302, Edina, MN 554436.

I hope this info helps others treack them down. They also have an Internation contact, as I had a 75 cents International charge on my account, accosiated with them. So, they are in a foreign country, milking American out of hard earned money, and our Govn't lets them get away with it.

FOR THE MOST OF THE ONES WHO PAY WITH CREDIT CARDS, DEBIT CARDS
THESE COMPANIES YOU DIDN'T GIVE ARTHORIZATION TO, THEY USE IT AND PASS YOU NUMBER TO
ANY AND ALL--ITS FOR THE TAKING. DUH!
THEY HAVE YOUR CARD NUMBER-- NO MATTER HOW YOU TRY TO CANCEL
THEY KEEP TAKING AND TAKING.
I CAN SAY I PAY MOST OF MY BILL BY C A S H! OR PAY MOST OF THEM.

OK, MAYBE YOU CAN GET AWAY FROM PAYING ON LINE OR USING IT, BUT USE
IT " L E S S" FREQUENTLY.

AMERICA PLEASE LETS STOP USING OUR CREDIT CARDS AND USE CASH, AT LEASET ONE MONTH...

It caught me off gaurd when I went to check my account, and i was over drawn. Much to my suprise when iI was told of this "company" had taken money. I might not have been so bad if i new who they were, or what they sold. The only good thing is the are were willing to put back the stolen money. I don't under stand how the government can let these Fraudgulent companies to continue on. Every employee should be arrested. As far as the money being put back onlytime can tell. I only discovered this today 18 mar 09.

WOW! I never look at my credit card statements, BUT for some strange reason I looked at my March statement. Lo and behold I too found the same each for the amount of 16.95 WC Essentials for Home and WC Homeplay. SURPRISE!

Well surprise on them! My solution is to cancel my visa from the bank and get a new number. I too do NOT like the idea of my credit card number getting out ther. It is no longer safe so a new number is in order.

I experienced the same thing. I asked how did you get my information. She said from another company I ordered from. I told them I did not want any membership.. On 01/24/2009 two charges showed on my bank statement from two different companies, (1 was Budget Saver and the other was Homeplay.) I called one of the 2 numbers for the companies that were on my statement and was connected to Membership Services. After talking to 3 different gentleman that told me they could not find my account and also talking with my bank I asked to speak to the Supervisor. Cindy was the Supervisor I talked to and was very nice. She explained how and why my bank account was charged and also found my account. She was very understanding and gave me 2 conformation numbers for the full refund of both charges. I too am irritated that my credit card number is being passed around. What else can be done to stop this invasion? But I am glad that someone (Cindy) cared and took the time to set things right. She did say her company gets calls like this all the time.

I experienced the same thing. The offer was made. I asked how did you get my information. She said from another company I ordered from. I told the person NO not interested. On 10/27/2008 a charge showed on my bank statement. I put a compliant in with the BBB.com. Shauna the [protected] operator was very nice and said she would return the 2 withdrawals of 19.95. I too am appalled that my credit card number is being passed around like the collection plate at church. What else can be done to stop this invasion?
