Lack of customer service from staff. Management should pay attention to homechoice staff. A customer who is behind with payments is still your customer and should be treated with respect.Don't want to sound prejudice but African staff is so unprofessional.I'm African by the way and don't want to be reminded that I owe homechoice at 9pm.
