I asked for a called back as I received an SMS saying my parcel was dispeched. So I wanted to ask if it was gonna be delivered to the correct address as I changed it. Your call centre agents are soooo rude. I had to wait for almost 7sec for them to talk to each other and laugh and after she asked for my Id number. To show that she wasn't listening to me she said I was born on the 33 of December! Who does that? When I asked her she said "YEY"!! I'm asking for your Id to help you here!! And she hangup on me! I wont be treated like a favour is done to me when I'm the one who pays. Those guys will deliver that parcel to the wrong place and they will find none there and they will come back with it. I will never place an order at home choice ever again and if you guys can please cancel my account with you. I'll pay up for my granmom and Mother and cancel their accounts too. I'll buy them cash to other respeful shops who know how to treat customers.
