ordering of a bed
I have placed an order on the 8th of November for an orophetic base set which will receive a free single bed matrass with.
According to home Choice you'll only start paying end of February for this order. Today is the 1st of December I still have not received my order i have already been invoiced and the order is also already on my statement I have already paid my account with this order on and still have not received my order.
I have been phoning for the last two weeks about the order only for them to tell me the order has been dispatched I should phone the courier company fast n furious which claims they still have not received my order.
Who is sleeping on my bed home Choice...
Will not buy anything from you ever again and I will also not pay this account untill you sort out this.
32l quantum microwave oven
I bought a 32L Quantum Microwave Oven from Home Choice End of January 2017, there is a 1 year guarantee on this product, November 2017 the microwave did not want to work at all, does not even go on, I phoned them and they told me that I need to send the Microwave Oven to their warehouse in Cape Town which will cost me over a R1000 and they will refund if anything is wrong. I am not prepared to pay that money and then loose after all, will never buy there appliances ever again, I am still paying the Microwave, brand brand new... I am really furious, that microwave was nearly R4000...

I asked for a called back as I received an SMS saying my parcel was dispeched. So I wanted to ask if it was gonna be delivered to the correct address as I changed it. Your call centre agents are soooo rude. I had to wait for almost 7sec for them to talk to each other and laugh and after she asked for my Id number. To show that she wasn't listening to me she said I was born on the 33 of December! Who does that? When I asked her she said "YEY"! I'm asking for your Id to help you here! And she hangup on me! I wont be treated like a favour is done to me when I'm the one who pays. Those guys will deliver that parcel to the wrong place and they will find none there and they will come back with it. I will never place an order at home choice ever again and if you guys can please cancel my account with you. I'll pay up for my granmom and Mother and cancel their accounts too. I'll buy them cash to other respeful shops who know how to treat customers.

I ordered a Restonic Classic and was not even told that it's out of stock! After 2 weeks I called in to follow up was only told then that the mattress is out of stock, had to change my order to Restonic Gold Mattress (order number: [protected]) on the 6th November 2017 and the order was despatched on the 8th November 2017.
I still have not received my order. I called in last week and was told I will receive my order on 17th November 2017 and I DIDN'T.
I called in this morning, I spoke to Babalwa and she said the courier company is RTT. I called RTT to track my parcel and was told the company does not deliver for HomeChoice anymore. Why am I being sent from pillar to post after being a loyal client for so long?

Hie my wife ordered an lvana bed and a california wardrobe the base is a queen bt they delivered the wrong mattress the mattress is double instead of a queen.The order was delivered a week ago and since then we have been calling everyday for them to give us the right mattress and we have been sleeping on the floor because we can.t use that mattress.l must say your service is very very poor and you have to check your agencies if they are qualified to do their job and to improve on customer care because you are going to lose a lot of customers.They are other suppliers who do same day delivery and they don.t long to change if you receive the wrong order.l.m now thinking of cancelling the whole order and buy else where as l.m frustrated and its also ruining my relationship with my wife

Brief background. On the 3rd Nov 2017, I called call centre complaining about my name listed on Credit Bearau. I urgently want to purchase a house. I filled in S. A Home loan. They are the ones who made me aware that I am in areas for 6 months at Home Choice and I need to pay R8878.00. I told S. A Home loans that I did not buy anything from Home Choice.
So I called Home Choice Credit Department on the 3rd Nov 2017. I got hold of Nokwanda. This is what she said to me, somebody staying in Pietermaritzburg accepted the 40cm TV. She told me the following also:

My wife has been receiving messages that she's owing home choice & when she asks where the blankets where delivered & who received them, she is told of some place she's never been before & she was told the name of the person who received those blankets. She's now been blacklisted. Home Choice must do something about these frauds because it is not good for the company & the vulnerable who now has to suffer because of fraudsters.

I ordered Enzo food processor and blender at home choice. It's was advertised that if you spend R1699 or more on appliances you get a slow cook ad storage box. I received the Storage box but the slow cooker was not there.

I called today again 10:45 and spoke to a consultant named Sindiswa who was very rude and dropped the phone on me. that is not who you create a client and i was not even being rude to her i asked her who long will i have to wait for feed back and she didn't know has no estimated time.

It's the second time this driver is delivering my parcel. He is so bloody rude and impatient. The first time he came to deliver he was rude, impatient and aggressive. The tone off his voice. Luckily I got the 1st parcel on monday he gave me a call I advised him that my mother's captain will sign for parcel. He was so rude started mumbling he told me that he has to leave he has no time for this he will deliver some other time..! When I asked him when he cut the call. I know I'm behind on my installment, I have explained numerous times to the rude call center personnel, that I lost my job, and am struggling to get back on truck. However I do pay an amount every month. If I did not pay at all, I could understand the constant phoning 4 times a day. At my new work, I'm not allowed the use off my cellphone in working hours, then they started phoning my grandmother, 072 no, I repeatedly requested the call center to delete the 072 contact from the system, but they phoning her 3 time a day. She is old and can not handle the call center rudeness. Please can someone make sure they delete the 072 contact and only have the 071 no as contact. They phoning throughout the month, even though they have a promised dated of payment, then 2 days before promised dated, the calls get even worse every day. This is in violation of the FDCPA, (Fair Debt Collection Practice Act) . If you did not receive a payment after the 2nd of the month, I will understand the sms or phone call, EFT takes 2 days to reflect on the other side.

I placed an order with Home-choice for the Sidney - 10piece bed set (3 sets). With everything going through successfully I received an order number and was awaiting for my delivery as promised. This activity took place 2 months ago, up until today I have still not received any products. I called the warehouse in Brackenfell spoke to a lady called Cecelia thrice(3), she told me that the delivery could not be done due to abruptness in my area. I asked if I could provide an alternative address and she advised that she actually found someone(driver) who would deliver the products by no later than 6th October 2017. I called the Monday (10.10.2017) spoke to Cecelia once again and she told me the goods was return back and I need to place a new order. She also told me that she would have an agent call me back within the next hour to have the new placed for it to be shipped to my address. Up until today have I heard nothing from either Home-choice nor Cecelia at the Brackenfell warehouse to have the blanket sets deliver. Her name is Ariel and she works at the store in Rosedale, Minnesota.
When I called to complain to the store manager, I was upset and said I was coming in to the store to see Ariel and she told me if I showed up she would meet me at the do it to stop me.
Yes, I yelled at them but they had no right to yell back at me and give me attitude. That is not my idea of customer service.

A customer who is behind with payments is still your customer and should be treated with respect.Don't want to sound prejudice but African staff is so unprofessional.I'm African by the way and don't want to be reminded that I owe homechoice at 9pm.

I have purchased a few items from home choice and was suppose to pay by the end of September. on the 4th October I made an installment, more than what was due. on the 5th I received an sms thanking me for payment. from the 6th I started receiving calls from the Collections Department, about 10 calls a day, I have to explain to about 10 ppl a day about the payment, to what account I have made the payment etc, bare in mind I paid in the account that they gave me with reference they gave me. when they call they say the call is recorded. if the calls are recorded and every time they call they update their system, there would be no need for them to keep asking the same questions. When I tell them how frustrated I am that I have to repeat myself to so many people, they become so rude as though they doing us as a customer a favor. I have requested a senior manager call me and they just say that it wont happen. I now dread ever purchasing from home choice because of the poor customer service I receive.

Guys can u please advice firstly why are u treating your customers with such poor services. Ive waisted so much airtime calling after u guys its more than a month and when I request a Team Leader to call me back they never do...airtime cost money i must spend money on things u guys to wrong thats so unfair to a customer. Can i have constructive feedback on my Samsung 15 kg Top loader thats staining my clothes. Its getting more worst and its so frustrated to do my washing. Your defect description that was sent to samsung was incorrect. I was promised last week the technicians will come that friday or monday thats past however still waiting. The machine is still in warranty i receice it in June month. Now im paying so something thats causing me my clothing. My normal installment monthly is R11? However R14? Was depited. Mark Wagenaar send me a email that the manufacturer will be collecting the product 3weeks ago which never happened. Stop lying to your customers. I want satisfactory feedback today still otherwise im going to reverse my installments than U can collect your item. On 30 September 2017 between 10:20am and 10:30am l called the sales department to follow up on a gift l was was suppose to receive after l purchased a corner Sofa in August.A consultant by name of Julie tried to assist me but she was so rude and for the years l have been your customer l have never experienced such and it automatically brought your marks down for me.l asked Julie that l have not yet received my mirror and she said it has been sent to the post office and l should get a piece of paper to write down the reference number and l told her l don't have anywhere to write if she could please send via sms she rudely said we don't send sms and just as l asked if she could send via email she rudely interrupted me and just shouted out get a piece of paper ma'am l then told her not to be rude and she hung up on me and l was using my own airtime.l called back and she took the call and l asked why she hung up and she said because l was rude then l asked for a Supervisor and she just put me on hold and l ran out of airtime.she didn't have the courtesy to call me back to further assist up to now. l am so disappointed with the your consultant and if possible take your gift back because l cannot accept such from an organization l thought was reputable shop l spend my money on.if need be to listen to the call my number is [protected]

On 02 October 2017 at 11:20 am I received a call from Home choice informing that I owe them R18000 and that I bought a toaster from them. The last time I bought something from Home choice was 5 years back. The consultant told me that the delivery was made to Johannesburg Bree street and I stay in Mabopane Pretoria I don't even know that Bree street. I asked the consultant to send me all the signed documents so that I can verify the details but he never got back to me.I made a call again and I was advised to go and do an affidavit at the police station I did and I don't know where to send it as he promised to send me a fax number but he never did. I would like home choice to send me the voice recording of the person who called to make that order because they told me the order was made in January and telephonically and please I would like to have all the documentation of that application even the id copy of the person who received the delivery.

Firstly my problem started when I got what I ordered and being stupid thinking people did their jobs properly left the box unopened till decemeber more than a month later only to find that the set I ordered was short of the curtains to which I complained and never received not even an email or response to apologize yet they continue to contact me yet having asked on numerous occasions to take me off the damn call and sms list.
I do not wish to purchase anything further and I do not want to be contacted and I don't ever want to deal with homechoice again

i just called Home choice now, to request them to call my mother, who's been trying to get hold of them for months, with no success from their side, I spoke to a very rude lady who didn't want to even take my mother's details. she keeps on wasting airtime due to their incompetency, all she wants is a statements to see how far she is with her payments.
hisense infinity f20 cellphone
A few months ago i ordered the hisense infinity20 cellphone from fonechoice for R366 a month for 24 months. About 2 months after using the cellphone, ive experienced problems with the phone. It freezes, go black screen, throw me out of any app and when i do a text message, it also go black and then i have to type the whole message again. When u want to dail a nr, it also freezes. I phoned fonechoice and they told me i should've returned the phone in 7 days after i received it, but the phone only started doing that 2 months after? So i used the phone like it is cause im paying for it.. The phone got lost and i received a new infinity20 cellphone. Its now exactly one month that im using it and it is doing exactly the same as the previous one. It is the most frustrating bad irritating thing to deal with and i must still pay R366 till January 2019 for a phone that is totally faulty! I cant send in a phone which im paying for to be fixed which will take 21 working days. So now I want to know.. What must i do? cause i really just want to send the phone back and cancel my contract, cause using a phone like that is seriously frustrating! I cant waste R366 a month. My account nr [protected]
