defective oven
on the 23/07 I wrote to Home Choice... have not heard from them since.

I am extremely disappointed with your service.
I received this oven last year November.
January it was faulty, called and I was told to courier it at my own expense yet it was delivered at my door steps.
Took it to my nearest branch in Maponya but they couldn't take it till March to be sent for repairs.
I received it back last weekend in a worse state because it has no legs, doesn't stand properly.
Had to return it to Maponya again so I still don't have if after 4 months.
Needless to say that I have never enjoyed it but I don't owe it.
Your receipt says it was replaced, that's not even my original stove because it extremely dirty and stained.
Surely I did not pay R4144.36 nothing?
Can I please have a new stove by the end of this week, delivered at my door steps as per initial agreement. I bought it because I need to use it on daily basis.

A sales consultant by the name of Ryan called me with promo in May (comforter set including curtains etc plus blanket and free towl). I was hesitant but he was trying hard to close the sale with me and I love the quality of home choice products so i agreed. A week later a parcel was delivered, this was still in May as I remember cause we were still moving offices. I asked him why there was only one parcel and he said that the other parcel was separated and will be delivered soon. He showed me the paperwork that I was signing for delivery, it said parcel 2 of 2 and he said I am only signing for the one parcel. Since the delivery I have called numerous times, I have had numerous calls from home choice consultants regarding payment for the purchase and i tell them all the same thing, why should I pay for something I don't have, and I wont! I tried calling Ryan the sales guy on the number he left [protected] but no answer, I sms return to [protected] but till now no one has called, I called the call centre and spoke to a manager and asked her to have the blanket and towl collected and credit my account but she gave me a long story of return policy. Why should I take the parcel to the post office and pay for the package to be returned and wait for my money to be refunded, does home choice think that I have the time or money? If that was the case wont I go shopping at Malls and not online like I do with home choice? Then i received a call from another consultant querying payment and she said that both parcels were delivered, I asked her REALLY? TO WHO? I keep on getting calls for payment but will someone please have this sorted out so I can make payment, yesterday as well someone called for payment and I repeated my story again, and this time I was told to go to police station and get affidavit etc. I really don't have the time for this nonsense, Firstly the blanket I received is not the color I ordered for, secondly the towl which was supposed to be the free gift looks so cheap it could pass for a kitchen towl, thirdly I have not received my full order so why am I not being assisted?We are no going to enter into August, two months gone and such a big company cannot sort out a problem? I doubt that anyone will even attend to this matter, my email is [protected]@gmail.com, my contact number is [protected], my phone is set to block all spam calls, so if it picks your number as spam it will block it, so please whoever is reading this ensure this matter is sorted out immediately as this is now affecting my credit score as well.

I requested my credit report from trans union and I found out that someone opened an account using my identity. I have never opened an Account with home choice I went to police station did an affidavit and sent to home choice they have never responded until today

I paid the outstanding amount on May 2018.I see I'm on a blacklist when will you remove it from my name. Its been almost two months and my name is still on a blacklist. They hand me over to NRB Risk Solution I paid all of there money and they don't respond to any of my emails or call.Its almost been three month and I see I'm still on a blacklist.
i'm complaining about my account
i have ordered some duvet cover on line and it was a cash payment when i received the order the some pillow cases short and i did report it and i was told they will refund my money in to my account, last month i ordered a duvet it was on credit so now i was told that the was no payment done and yes i didn't pay cause i know the is money in my account they must take from there, and the price i have to pay has been changed
the total amount including transport was R783.30 now the say i have to pay R838.75
how come the price went up?

3 blankets for 2
Ive ordered the blankets that are on sales and my order was signed by my Aunt on my behalf as im not residing in Flagstaff when i received one of the blanket it was the total different as they were advertised (zinaqhuma) even the china shops blankets are way much better and i was told about the 14 days and i only received the blanket last week from my Aunt, please assist what can i do

I would like to complain about Home Choice as they are charging me for the goods that I did not buy nor receive. I had an account with them which I finished paying but then realised that they continued to deduct money from my account and when I queried I saw that they added some goods that I did not order, even the address on the statement that they send me is not mine and have asked them several times to show me where did these get delivered to as I am staying in Port Elizabeth but the address they have is in Gauteng. I have tried to contact by calling them even sent affidavits and follow-up email but I have heard nothing from them, all that I was told was that they will investigate the matter. This has not happened and my name has been submitted to credit bureau for goods that I did not take.
I would like Home Choice to resolve this and to reverse the amount that they say I owe them as I never took nor received the goods.

This address is not mine and I don't know it as I am residing in the Eastern Cape(Port Elizabeth). I have also asked them to send me proof that these goods were delivered to my address.

Before I placed an order I confirmed with them will my package be send by courier or to the Post Office if they send it to the Post Office that I will not place an order. Due to the fact that it takes the Post Office 3months to sort out the packages and it is also not save at all to go there they confirmed that it will be send by courier. So I placed my order and 2days later I received an sms that my parcel will be send to the Post Office. I contacted them and I emailed them to please cancel my order as I stipulated that I do not want the goods being send to the Post Office. I received an email confirming that it was cancelled and my account will be credited in 7 days. Two day later I received an sms again that my parcel is out on its way to the Post Office. I phoned and emailed them again that with the confirmation email that my order was cancelled. They told me that I have to wait for the Post Office to send the package back before they can Credit my account. Which I told them is expectable because I will not pay for goods which I have not received and cancelled. Its been longer then a month and the Post Office still have not received my parcel. And know they are phoning me for payment on that order. Can you please assist me.
evolution mixer
On 7/6 I received Evolution mixer from Homechoice. Meat grinder was not included as was supposed to. Hence the reason why I ordered the mixer. Since the 7/6 and 9 telephone calls later, no one has been returning calls to say what is going to happen. They are quick to send statement to pay but just ignore complaints. Evolution mixer is alsovery bad quality. I have been client since 1993 and does not expect such bad service and poor quality appliances from them.

I am lodging a complain on behalf of my mother who is on pension. She is being harrassed by call center agents everyday for her account that is up to date in payments. This has put a lot of strain on her health because she has not been well.
I have her receipts, which has arranged to be sent to me, which I have attached.
She religiously use her pension money to pay her account with Homechoice every month. I have attached receipt of the payment, which she has to physically go into shoprite store to just pay her Homechoice account!
What is of great concern is that once her account is paid off, she becomes inundated with calls from homechoice sales agents, putting her under pressure to order something! To the extent that she received products which she had to ship back, via the post office, because she did not order these products, let alone need then!
She wishes to close this account after she pays off what she owes. She does not need this account. The call center agents target pensioners, make them feel guilty and in situations like this put a lot of strain in them.
Mrs Maseko will not be able to recover when there is undue stress exerted on her by call center agents, when the issues could be lying through your reconciliation proceeded internally.
Please Homechoice must leave Mrs Maseko alone! Rude, stressed, unhappy call center agents are killing old people with stress, selling them stuff they do not even need, because they impose guilt to these old people symphatise with the (sales angets) who are play on their emotions so they can close the sale!

I did not get everything in my order
Hi my name is Gabriel Babedi I bought 9pc queen comforter set which was delivered there was only 6 piece +two continental pillow cases but the invoice says I have to pay for 9 PC that I didn't get I tried phoning Homechoice several times the first told me they were out o stock they also told me to do an affidavit I did that still nothing how am I suppose to pay for the ather things I didn't get .my cell number...[protected] please help I wànt to return the product I can't pay this much money for 9pc when I only received 6pc
bad service/ no service at all
I sent an email 3 months ago to unlock my account. I have made numerous calls to try and find out what is going on but every time I call the consultants cannot help me. The items that I wanted to buy are no longer available. When I call I'm always put on hold for long times today I called again and was on hold for more than 30 minutes until I hung up. I haven't been getting help at all. I locked my account because someone I do not know pretended to be me and tried to purchase using my account. I was told that if I wanted to buy anything in the future I will have to prove that it's me by sending my documents. It has been 3 months now and nobody is telling me anything and this means someone is not doing anything or my account have been unlocked and I have not been told because maybe it's someone who works inside Homechoice that tried to commit fraud using my account for all I know someone could have purchased already using my documents that I sent. Nobody is even telling me that maybe something is missing in the documents that I sent. I was told it will take day but as I have said it has taken longer than that. Hope fully someone will respond to this email. I have automatic replies that my emails were delivered. I called again and was told to change the address that I was sending my documents which is [protected]@homechoice.co.za and sent to [protected]@homechoice.co.za. still when I called they said that they have not received my documents. I called again the lady I spoke to said they don't receive emails via these email. and she told me to Fax the documents. I Have been given the run around so much the Fax is not an option for me. Please assist.

I was notified on the 14 .05.2018 that my order CV009054176NA was dispatched. I have made it clear to the sales agent that my order should be delivered to ERF 5, john Simms Street Whk North and not to my postal address 219, Oshakati because I have moved from there to Windhoek. I do not have a postal address yet in Windhoek! Should the order been send to Oshakati, please make arrangement for it to be returned to Windhoek, . I can be reached at 264 [protected] / [protected]

it's been two years that my matter was never look into. i had a case goods were stolen at my house and they stole nitro game station of my children. but the matter was never resolved, nobody call me. what a poor service from home choice and we must pay the accounts whenever someone call me about my account i mention my case.
it terrible or pain how home choice treated me, it's two years waiting on a case while we pay insurance in our goods.
miami wardrobe
Miami wardrobe was delivered on the 26 April 2018 @ my house by Ondela from DSV.
Him and is colleague promised 2 finish assembling th wardrobe in 2hrs 30mins, but they took 5hrs 30mins and they were still not finished. They left the wardobe unfished and promised to come finish it on the 29 April 2018, and since then they never come till today.
On sunday their Managers Brenda and Donald both from DSV called and promised to come and finish assembling the wardrobe, they came and they only looked at it and promise to come the following day since it was late, they took The Proof Of Delivery form without my knowledge, and i didnt sign the Proof of Delivery. Till today they are not picking up my calls and tomorrow its the 13th day since i've had this wardrobe here.
I've called the Homechoice Contact Centre more than 3 times, and i was told that they are sending an email to their Warehouse and till today no-one has given me any feedback.

I have paid my account in March and April by EFT for my home choice account [protected]. Every time when I pay my account, i send the proof of payment so that home choice can allocate my payment. Today I have received the statement that I am on arrears with 2 months and they have add an interest for my balance. I am not happy about this especially that I have made my payment on time and I have also send them the proof of payments for allocation on their contact email address. Someone is not doing his/ her job at home choice and at the end of the day, my credit record will be affected because of them. I am not happy about this and I need this to be resolved as soon as possible.
Homechoice - fraud committed under name
Im Dudu Qwabe ID [protected] I discovered that someone took things at Home choice using my details. I did a follow up and I was told I should do an affidavit, I did so then later I was told my matter is still under investigations till today no update. I m worried that im getting sms that I have an outstanding amount that I should pay to avoid further action. I reported the matter June 2017

Hi, I have been a customer of HC for a very long time and wondering now if it is under new management or what? after a long time of not ordering, this year I decided I'm going to utilize the online route so I sent my request and was asked for my doc which I sent twice, online and on "mydocs" email of which the emails have been received and read but to my surprise no one is bothering to respond to my emails, I phoned and was asked for my email address and my numbers but still today no one came back to me.
