I ordered purchased 2-twin pillow top mattress & a Crunco dinning room set w/2xtra chairs on June 28, 2008. I was told that I had to pay for the dinning rm set before they could order the set new w/the addtnl 2-chairs. So I did... I followed-up about 1-mth later to get the same story, "your merchandise was not on the truck" On the 8th week I stopped by on Aug., 24th at 2:30pm and got the same story, the manager did not have time for me, rudely stated he currently has other customers and did not have time for me right now. I responded back along w/my relative who told him that he was very rude as a manager and I did not deserve that. I asked for the owners information but was only given a card with the stores name on it and was told that I could only write to her there when she periodically comes in the store. It's been 9-weeks now and I'm have nte received a call nor have I received my merchandise yet. This is very very poor business and i will never do business with them again. I would like to contact the owner to inform her of what poor customer service this company displays. Displeased and unsatisfied customer.

    I can relate. Been 3 months since I ordered dining room suite and they are getting me piece by piece. It was 2 months before I recieved table and 4 chairs. Still waiting for 4 more chairs. They keep telling me a truck is due in on such and such a date, but w/o my chairs
