home warranty protection / reimbursement for new appliance
Choice Home Warranty tech was unable to repair my washer, so Choice stated it would reimburse me $245 toward the purchase of a new one. This was in October, 2014. By December, I had not received a check. I called Choice and they said check was mailed Dec. 1. After 2 weeks, I still had ;not received a check. I called Choice and was told it would take 90 days to send another check.
In March, 2015, I called Choice about the check They said it must have been lost in the mail and it would be another 30 days before another one could be sent. I called again in April and was told a check was sent out in March but it must have been either lost in the mail or sent to the wrong address. They said there was nothing further they could do. I have not heard from them since.
