Home Trends is one of those cataloguers, one of three direct market identities from the same company, who ships parcel post and believes it is perfectly normal for a customer to wait a month for goods already paid for. But when the order is never received, how can you track a parcel post delivery? Home Trends' customer service are quick to point to a 7-14 day delivery time as printed in their terms of service, but then do not reply to e-mails when it becomes more than a month. They did send me another catalogue, under their second trade name "Picket Fence" which has been relegated to the trash bin.
