Home Sure of America — They promised to cover the sum of the unrepairable refrigerator and now they decided to think about it
I bought a refrigerator and it started to leak, so I contacted the company Home Sure of America. Their repair man told that he couldn’t fix it, so he asked me to call to the company and speak with the manager. This manager told that they could cover $100, 000 and I could buy new refrigerator. I bought a new one 15 days ago and sent the receipt. But they emailed me and asked to wait 4 weeks, because they needed to make final decision. Decision for what? I don’t understand them.
