I placed an order with home shopping selections uk on 29th June 2015 on line following receipt of a catalogue and quoted the code HS1506,

the items I ordered were 1 Knee Brace Support item code H63174 PRICE £14.99
1 Expanding hose green, 100foot item code 83595x green price £39.99

post and packaging £4.99
plus free gifts wine bottle sealer, and little known health cures
payment was made in full .I heard nothing from the company until 5/8/15
when I received an email from the company stating the items had left the warehouse and would be delivered within 5-7 days. after allowing 2 weeks I made several telephone calls to the customer service department often being kept on hold for lengthy periods at a cost of 10 pence per min then the phone went dead, I did manage on 2 occasions to speak with someone, and was told 2 different things one person said there had been a problem with the order with one of the items being out of stock, the other person told me there was a backlog at the delivery centre. I have also sent many emails asking where my items or refund was, on an almost daily basis which have remained unanswered, but the acknowledgement email which promised responses within 24 hours gave an action number HSS-5980.
I am disgusted with the poor customer service and would like a full refund of my money, and am now very concerned after reading many negative reviews all saying pretty much the same as me

I placed an order for a joint supplement because I am crippled with polymylagia and five weeks have elapsed and not even an acknowledgement... this is particularly disgusting that they are taking money from people in distress... no conscience!

Like so many others I have been conned by this dishonest outfit. I placed an order in November 2017. they took my money at once. A few hours later I discovered a friend had ordered the item elsewhere, so I attempted to cancel. The link for doing this on their website is broken, so I emailed their "customer services". A week later they emailed to say they had sent the item anyway. I managed to actually exchange some messages with them at this point. They said they couldn't recall the item, but I could just send it back when it arrived. I complied with all their instructions, but heard no more. Eventually they said they couldn't trace receiving it.
Even a consumer rights representative has failed to get any satisfaction from them. They have my £40 and I have nothing.

I wish I had read this site before placing an order with these criminals.
Why are they allowed to continue ?

I can't believe that these people are allowed to keep on trading. There appears to be no end of people complaining that they have not received goods that they paid for.
when I ordered and paid for some snow boots, i waited several weeks and sent several emails without reply. Fortunately, as i had paid by credit card, I was able to get my money back via the credit card company, but i would never use these crooks ever again. In my opinion they should be investigated by trading standards and prosecuted if found guilty of bad selling practices.

i too seem to have been conned as i ordered 2 pill dispencer boxes on 3/march and have not received them the cost of which was £15.97 a disgruntled senior citizen

Disgusting company that will take your money and send nothing in return, nor will they respond to any emails. I will be reporting them to trading standards. i suggest others should do the same, otherwise nothing will get done about these criminal [censor].

Money taken immediately but no 'confirmation of order' email received.

I placed an order on 31st January 2017 for 3 items but I never received anything. My order came to £47.96. Despite many e-mails I have received no response. I eventually spoke to the person in charge and demanded a refund of my money within 7 days, I have received nothing. I am reporting them to trading standards because they are criminals and should be closed down. If you want to track down the owner just google "who owns Home Shopping Selections" I asked the man his name and he refused to give it to me, isn't this in itself suspicious? Do not order from these criminals. I paid by cheque and it has been cashed so I am unable to get it back. I am a 71 year old pensioner on a state pension and I cannot afford to lose money like this. Home shopping
I placed an order on the 14th September, 2016. The money was taken from my bank by Visa Debit on the 15th September, 2016.
I have not received the parcel yet.
I have phoned perhaps 20 times, e-mailed 4.
No person has been back to me. The date now is 9th October. 2016.

I have just charged back through my bank the payment made to these criminals. How nobody has stopped them trading is beyond me. I suggest you contact your bank or card provider and ask for a chargeback.
