Home Point Financial / The rep didn't check documents and therefore you would have new problems

We have a good credit score and signed the contract with Home Point Financial. When our roof in the house started to leak, the officer from this company said to submit all the documents. It turned out that he didn’t look at these documents. He said that the leak would be removed before the deadline. However, 2 days before the deadline, the officer said that some problems occurred. They didn’t check the documents properly and after that you pay more money and solve problems on your own.
