WE TOOK A LOAN UNDER THEM FOR 33 YEARS AND WENT BACK IN AND CHANGED TO 20 YEARS. THEY REFUSE TO GIVE US OUR PAPERS. WE WENT IN SEVERAL TIMES BECAUSE THEY LOST OUR PAPERS ETC. REFILLED OUT THE PAPERS.

WE TRIED PAYING IT OFF SEVERAL TIMES AND TRIED REFIANCING IT. WE GOT TOLD WE HAD TO HAVE THEIR APPRAISORS COME IN AND DO THE APPRAISOR. WHAT OUR HOUSE IS WORTH TODAY IS WHAT WE HAVE TO PAY MORE FOR OUR HOME. THAT IS NOT IN YOUR HOME LOAN!
NOR IS GETTING CHARGE OVER 2000 FOR ESCROW EVERY YEAR UNDER THEM. IN WHICH NOBODY HAS SIGN THESE PAPERS EITHER.

YOU CAN CALL ALL BANKS AND ASK ABOUT THESE LOANS AND YOU WILL SEE YOU ARE PAYING UP TO 8 TIMES THE AMOUNT OF YOUR HOME THEN WHAT YOU PAID FOR IT. SO YOU MAY NOT EVEN GET IT REFIANCED UNLESS YOU WANT TO PAY FOR IT 9 TIMES WHAT IT IS WORTH.

SO IF OUR HOME IS WORTH 60 THOUSAND TODAY OUR LOAN JUST TURN INTO 60 PLUS WHAT WE HAVE LEFT ON OUR LOAN.
SEVERAL OF US HAVE PAID ON THESE HOME FOR OVER 20 YEARS. AND NOW WE ARE GOING THREW THIS.

ANY WAYS SO THEY TOLD US WE HAVE TO PAY ON OUR LOAN ANOTHE R15 AND THEN WE ARE STARTING ALL OVER TO 33 YEARS AGAIN.

DO NOT TAKE ANY LOAN UNDER THEM EVER IF YOU HAVE ONE OF THESE LOAN YOUR SCREWED.

A LOT OF PEOPLE HAVE WALKED AWAY FROM THESE HOME DUE TO THIS. AND WE WERE TOLD IF WE WALKED AWAY THEY WOULD SUE US FOR THE REST OF THE AMOUNT OF THE LOAN. 45 YEARS.
