Don't trust anyone at the franchise office. It's a scam. The sell you zip codes to run your business and the provide no business model or backend support, trade secrets, etc. You have to create everything. Then, they want you to pay huge monthly royalties for doing absolutely nothing. These expenses crush your business and they will go after you personally to get money from you when at the same time they've provided no platform to help you be successful. You will have done it by yourself and there won't be any money left for you but they will have made a fortune from you for doing nothing.
