On June 1st, 2006 I placed an order on Homedepot.com. I had also placed other orders with different companies that day that were for bulkier items (like a fridge and an a/c unit) and I received those in a week's time. I kept trying to track my order on Homedepot.com tracking page and for over 2 weeks, it said the same thing. 'Order is being processed in our warehouse'. 14 days after I placed the order, I called their customer service. She didn't know much but put in a request to the warehouse to show was going on and ask that I call back 24-48 hours. 2 days later, I called and got a very rude woman who was so useless and snippy with me with her lack of wanting to give me information that I went from wanting to track my order to telling her I wanted to cancel my order. She said that she would put in the 'request' to cancel it but if they shipped it, it was too late. I asked her if there was someone else I could talk to about this and she said 'No, there is no one else'. Two days later, I called to make sure the order had been cancelled. This CSR was more helpful, said that it didn't show any request had been filed and that it shipped today but since there was no tracking number it was probably still there but she was transferring my call to the head office because they knew more (gee, I guess I was lied to about anyone else I could talk to). So, I talked to Jill (after being on hold for 25 minutes!). She said that it showed it was shipped today but they didn't have a tracking number for it. The funny thing is, I had a feeling this would happen. I felt like I was being dragged around, they purposely made canceling an order extremely difficult when ordering a product can be done with a press of a button. I don't understand that in an age where satellites, Internet, phones, faxes and emails exists, why in the blazes would it take so this long to process a cancellation request? Sounds fishy to me.

I purchased a bathroom faucet and lost the receipt, The plumber said the faucet would not work. I tried to return the faucet. The store stated that it was their product. They will not do anything without a receipt. I paid cash, $99.00, dollars and now I am out $99.00 plus sails tax.

Charm went out of buisness and can no longer get a transformer for this tree bought in November 2020. Made several calls about this tree to Home Depot bank to online services in store and customer service and to the holiday collection itself

purchased a glacier bay 24''

tried call the store for the missing shelves. over 2 hours holding, they pick up and place me on hold...over 6 times. wow customer service isnt was it use to be. what a disappointment. i am 64 years old and cant just pick up the vanity and take it back. missing shelves now what

October 17th 2023 loss prevention wouldn't stop following me. He followed me all the way to the restroom! I was so uncomfortable while TRYING to shop that when I left to go to the restroom I brought my taser with me! Something needs to be done about the loss prevention ain Fresno, CA.

Want to order LawnMower however there were no signs stating this. Upon finding out, I attempted to pre-order the watch but their system was not working, so I was instructed to go home and pre-order online.

I was shopping online and found a lawnmower on sale and the price was not honored for that price they said they could not do it .When i went to the store it was advertised on there computer also at the same price I have a pic of the advertisement .they did not honor it and it was advertised

Movers severely damaged our exotic wood floors when moving in new refridgerator. We filled a damaged with their insurance company on march 6, 2023 and still no word back from them. Not too happy

I have been complaining since they were put in wrong I have a warranty for life but they will not fix it. So I am out 11,000.00 cause my windows look like crap

cause they wont fix my problems. I also found out that the screens don't come off easy that a fire hazard. Would like a rep from home depot to look at it show the work they do.

I ordered a cordless Milwaukee ratchet from homedepot.com and it arrived used with clear signs of use like grime and oil stains. I ordered a replacement and the replacement was even worse and didn't even have the packing material.

04/25/23 I asked to see a manager, she then started telling the other customers that I was complaining about how much she talks. Her actions were retaliation! Customer service has closed this complaint because it has to be handled internally. Please let me know if retaliation is against the law.

The gas range makes a noise and leaks gas. I bought the gas range order number on August 1, 2022. (W892955618) I have tried calling the manufacturer multiple times, but they have not picked up my calls. I have one year warranty. I can provide any paperwork needed such as proof of purchase and receipts.

I registered over a year ago. Today, March 19 th I was told I had to re-register. When I went to re-register, your site said I was already registered, and would not let me register. How do you fox this problem ?

3:26/2023 19:27 am...could not receive any help to secure a vets discount...completed/furnished alll info aked for...20 years a customer...you lost me as a customer.the miliyary details failes to explain how to files for the discount...finally after filing out all the info asked for...nothing...

i ordered a chicken coup .. the ad had your name all over it ( pic if you need ) i ordered and paid $52.99 plus a $1.58 “ foreign transaction fee , on feb , 17, 2023 .. i tracked it .. via their web page ( an email i received) said “ delivered 3/6.. i still haven’t received it ,. documents upon request

I bought this tool on 7/21/2022. lasted 6 months and store wont replace or refund. cost $250 and i would think that it should last longer than that. would like it repaired or replaced at no cost. As i have bought several Milwaukee tools,

The credit card readers at the self-checkout area will not accept the newer credit cards. The card is a VISA signature card from Comenity Capital Bank.

I have had no problem with this card at any other credit card reader.

I have been going in home deport for many years 2004 up until 2022 this is the first time showing real bad protocol too me. That make home deport not carring about veterans are customer, it was 12/10 time 1900pm. had carpet installed Dec 2022, they did not have the transition from living area to dining and kitchen area. Suppose to come back to finish. its been almost a yr and this still has not been done...

And the customer service has been absolutely no help, constantly putting us on hold and then hanging up and never calling back. and making excuses etc

your sign said delivery on nov 8th

120 minutes later i was set a delivery date of nov 11th

i was forced to send my family to my inlaws for no food in the house for a week

i demanded to have delivery as it was stated on the product.

if you cant deliver when you say the sign should read estimated delivery date

i fell i am owe a refund of $500

I went to Garden City and Levitown stores today. I was looking for hand warmers.

The website said Levitown had 476 in stock. But no one knew where they were.

We then went to the Garden City store (raceway) the website said 274 in stock and again no one knew where those were.

This was a total waste of my time.

Since August 14, 2022 I have submitted my portion of the warranty for my water filter. Have not received the check and they never call me back. Its only $26.24 but I will have more in the future. Very more service.

Bolton Ontario store towed and impounded my vehicle. New Manager was arrogant and lied to me. No courtesy warning note. Or parking ticket.

Prior manager gave me permission to park.

Trying for 3 months to contact someone who can help.

I am a custom home builder, and have stopped all purchases at Home Depot.

I am also a shareholder.

Order #wb19410283: grill delivered where, who knows and tonight after receiving a letter from Home Depot credit services which i thought would tell me exactly what happened to the grill, I'm told by a rep tonight that it could take 4 to 6 weeks for this investigation to be completed, which is unbelievable. I would write more but.

august 11th 3:15pm went to home depot to replace blades on my two lawn moers a rider and a walker the two gentlemen working in tool rental saidd dthey could not look up model numbers or serial numbers to find the co rrect blade very bad aattitude also. they should rename themselved to contractors depot cause they do NOTHING for the HOME owners:)

I bought a microwave oven online today but decided to cancel the order. After talking with two different people on the phone I was told the order cannot be cancelled until it arrives at the store. I said the order had not shipped yet so why can't it be cancelled? I was just given the run-around on the phone. So I will pick it up and then take it into the store and return it and get my account credited. I have never heard of this kind of policy before.

Home Depot. A very interesting Chinese hardware store with the occasional item imported from the U.S. Poor quality stock items. If I am going to pay for mediocre products I would rather have it manufactured at home than overseas. Please bring it home.

Never buy online from home depot! Worst customer service. Waited 14 hours for fencing to be delivered. Never showed, no tracking and calling the 800 was a complete wate of time.
