Order wash machine that was delivered July 18th. Wash machine wasn't working properly so I contacted Home Depot within 48 hours. Freight company was sent over July 23 to determine what is wrong with the machine. They answer was the wash machine needs to be replace due to problems with the drum. They were supposed to call back next day regarding when the replacement will be delivered. Two days past no contact from them. Went back to Home Depot, the associate placed another work order. It's july 30th I still don't have workable wash machine. Being sent back and forth from Home Depot in PA(delivery address), Home Depot NY(purchase location) and freight company. Being stuck with non workable fully paid wash machine!!!
