HomeDeeco sofa

Please run and run away from homedeeco! They are scammers and thieves!
I have never seen such a terrible, horrendous and fraudulent set of people in my entire life. Please beware! Do not patronize them for any reason if you love yourself! I ordered a set of sofa from these useless people. One of them was so nice; returning calls and answering questions before payment was made. Immediately the money was paid, that was when they started telling 'cock and bull' story. Order of about $3000 did not arrive, and my money was not refunded for over 4-5 months now. I had called and sent emails, but they deliberately wanted to elope with money. I have reported them accordingly.

HomeDeeco consumer fraud unethical business practice

Buyer beware this company also does business as www.Homedeeco.com www.aaistores.com and FurnitureDazzle.com

They sent me a DEFECTIVE bed and never responded to my emails. They do NOT return calls. They never answer the phone, instead there's a voicemail box. They do NOT uphold their return policy or satisfaction guarantee. Refused to give me a refund. I have retained a lawyer for a CLASS ACTION LAWSUIT against them. They are committing consumer FRAUD.

HomeDeeco scam! never buy from them

Never buy from these people! It is a scam! They dont send you your item and they never return your phone calls! I ordered something May 1st and still have not received anything. Soon after ordering they said that their website had not been update in time and the item was out of stock! I checked the website soon after they updated it saying it was indeed out of stock, they said they would not get it until late June. A week later I look at it again and they took the out of stock notice off! I called them to ask where my table was and I have not been able to get though! No one answers the phone, no one returns your call or emailed! Absolute SCAM!

DO NOT BUY! You will not get your money back!

HomeDeeco bar stools

I recommend not shopping with this company. I place my order April 17 2017 for 3 bar stools, I received an email from a company employee saying it is not available for 1 more month. I decided to wait than after a month I called they said it should ship out soon, so I waited another week, called back and no answers, logged into my home deeco account and sent in a request for an update on 5-21-17 and still no reply. I called again on 5-25-17 and today 5-26-17 no one answers. So I called my bank to issue a fraud items not received from this company.

HomeDeeco sofa delivery

I ordered a sofa on February 20th. It is now May 15th and I have still not received the order. I paid almost $800 and have nothing to show for it. Multiple contacts to the company yield excuses and no product. They stopped responding entirely. As you can see in the photos, we had some correspondence, but it was just excuse after excuse with no follow through.

HomeDeeco bathroom vanity

I ordered a vanity from them. I tried repeatedly to get someone on the phone. You dial their main number and it goes to voicemail, I must have tried it a dozen times on three separate days. I emailed them repeatedly and finally someone called me who could barely speak English. when I spoke to him he didn't know anything could not tell me anything about my order nothing

This company is a fraud a shell there is no service to speak of, I just hope my product gets delivered without issues.

HomeDeeco poor customer service

On April 19, 2017 I placed an order with HOME Deeco. My credit card was charged $779.60, here it is a week later my account is paid in full and yet my order still says awaiting shipment. I tried to call customer service/sales at least 10 times plus with no success, no one ever answers the phone or return calls even after I left two voice messages. I emailed the company and two days later I received a response and this is what they wrote:

Thank you for the recent order. Sorry for the short delay in updating about this order. We were following up with our supplier's warehouse and shipping department as this order was both marked as processed and shipped 1 week ago.

Unfortunately, we've just been alerted by our supplier that they had experienced a minor inventory error that was never caught on time causing the shipment to postponed. Please accept our sincere apology. They expect to more units in 3 weeks. If okay with you, we can keep the order open for now and expedite shipment. We'll extend an extra $20 Off. Please let us know what your thoughts are.

I have responded promptly with questions by email and I have left a voice message, and they yet have not responded.. I understand their error but donot understand their communication.. This is bad business.. I will give them the time they specified and if I receive no updates soon or product delivery I will seek further assistance in getting my full refund.

Update! My order placed on April 19, 2017, was finally delivered to my door step on May 12, 2017, as promised. Much to my surprise, the chairs were packaged neatly and wrapped extremely well. I am very pleased with the chairs, they are flawless and gorgeous, and also very comfortable, you can see that they are very high end chairs, well worth the money. I rate the chairs "5 Stars"... as for the lack of customer service, well lets just say you'll have way more happy customers and a rating that matches your products. My advise, step up to the plate and take care of your customers with a velvet glove.

This has happend to me as well! They said they made a mistake and the item was out of stock! I keep calling and no one answers! Total SCAM! DO not order from these people! I am filing a complaint with the FTC right now!

I placed an order with them on February 24th, 2017. I keep checking on the "order status" on the website and it says "Awaiting fulfillment." I have called, left 3x voicemails, emailed 2x and used their online message system 2x and have gotten literally no response. Horrible customer service... Waiting over 3 months for an item is bad enough but when nobody will even contact you? Horrible...

I also ordered something on 4/21 and am still waiting. They also sent me the same message, "Unfortunately, we've just been alerted by our supplier that they had experienced a minor inventory error that was never caught on time causing the shipment to postponed. Please accept our sincere apology. They expect to more units in 3 weeks." and offered a 5% refund. These messages come from the aliases Patrick and Jonathan. I stupidly said yes and now regret. I've since sent various messages to no avail. I will request a cancelation and go through my bank to get my money bank. Fun. If you're reading this, STAY away from Home Deeco/Furniture Dazzle. They tempt you with low prices and then the real game begins.

Funny after I posted this I received an email from them telling me the chairs I ordered are out of stock, but will have more in 3 wks.. I'll give them till then and if still nothing I will report to FTC... Thank you very much for your input ThomasWU 👍

I have bought a vanity from them. Was waiting fo 2 weeks and contacted them. Nobody answered. ope I will get my $750 back.

HomeDeeco defective bed

I ordered a platform bed from this company and it took about a month to arrive which was fine before i was saving it for a christmas gift. So it arrives around Nov 22nd - Christmas is on the 25th and on the 27th or 28th the bed crashes to the ground. I contact the company on the 29th. It is now Feb 11th and I still have no bed. The problem with the bed is a bolt inside of the headboard where the legs screw into has dislodged. I had my maintenance person look at the headboard and it would have to be taken a part to repair so then I would have to reupholster the headboard. Also when the bed came down it damaged the actually frame of the bed and the metal frame and literally broken and not fixable. I have made several attempts to contact the company and they will not answer the phone (which they should just get rid of since they don't answer or return the voicemails). the only way to talk to them is by email which is very vague with we are still looking into it. By email, I have asked them multiple times to call me and till this day have not given me the courtesy of a call. Finally they offered a $50 credit to fix the bed however the bed is not repairable. I am stuck paying $570 for a bed that is not repairable. I shopped online for a month trying to find the best bed for the best price and am so disappointed that i will end up spending double the money now. I have learned that if you are purchasing online you really need to spend the extra amount and use a reputable company. I know if this way wayfair or something like that I would never have this issue.

HomeDeeco told I could return defective product then stopped communication

I bought a cabinet from home deeco on 1/7/2017. I received it on 1/17/17 but every surface of the cabinet was scratched. I wrote an email to the company stating the issue on 1/18. They wrote back 1/21 asking for pictures of the issue after I wrote a bad review of the product. I sent the pictures 1/23 and didn't hear back from them for a few days. Finally I wrote them 1/25 saying I'd dispute the charge with my credit card company if I didn't hear back. They wrote back that day offering either 20% off the total price due to the defect or a full refund and they'd schedule a FedEx pickup. I opted for the latter through an an email I sent the same day. I received no response, so I wrote again on 1/27. I received no response so I wrote again 1/30. I've called several times and no one answers. Finally I filed a dispute with my credit card company and am awaiting a refund. Not a professional or trustworthy company!

HomeDeeco order not processing and cannot reach anyone in company through email or phone

Placed utility sink order on January 14 for $699.99. Online order update says product is awaiting shipment with no other information. Cannot get in touch with anyone in company through sales, service or general operator line. Have called at least 10 times today, left one message and sent one email. Still no response. We would like this product as we cannot find any other product that fits the dimensions we need but if it comes down to it we will cancel the order through our credit card and make sure the company receives bad ratings on every website we can find. This customer service is deplorable. It seems like a reputable website but so far we have received absolutely no communications about our order 12 days later.

I am going through the same problem. No answers to calls or emails. This doesn't seem to be a legitimate business, I will probably be reporting them to the Better Business Bureau.

HomeDeeco failure to deliver replacement

I ordered a loveseat and two armchairs from Home Deeco (aka Furniture Dazzle) for a total of $1, 301.47 on Sept. 4, 2016. I received the order around September 13.

Assembling the loveseat and one armchair was simple. However, the second armchair was missing a part and appeared to be incomplete from the factory.

Around mid-September, I emailed Home Deeco and noted that the part was missing. On September 27, I called and left a voice mail message with the same information.

On September 28, a man identifying himself as Roy answered the customer service line. He promised me that Home Deeco would put the part in Fed Ex delivery the following day.

Nothing arrived, so I called Home Deeco again and left a voice mail message.

On October 12, Roy called and said that Home Deeco was sending an entire chair rather than the part, and Fed Ex would deliver it "very soon."

On November 1, Roy called and left a message saying he would call me back the following morning. I returned the call at 4:17 PM; however, there was no answer, so I left another voice mail. Roy did NOT call back on November 2 as promised.

I have never received any confirmation in writing for any of these transactions, although I have sent several emails to the customer service address on Home Deeco's website.

I want a refund of the $304.99. I have offered to return the defective chair.

No one is answering any of the lines at Home Deeco -- neither Sales, Customer Service or Operator.

My replacement chair arrived, and it was very easy to assemble, which indicates the original chair was defective. Although Home Deeco has offered to give me a partial refund, that is not necessary -- I have the chair I wanted. I must say they need to work out kinks in their customer service. They need someone to document unusual situations such as faulty merchandise, shipments, refunds, etc, using email -- so that I have a record of issues. Although Sam the customer service rep called fairly frequently to update me, at times during regular business hours no one answers the phones. He was always incredibly polite when we spoke.

I ordered a desk (#80455) 2 months ago, no tracking number, no order confirmation, have called 10 times, emailed 3 times. No answer. They better not charge me. I'm contacting our credit card to dispute the charge. I've never seen a company do business like this.

This is a fake company with no customer service. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY.

We placed an order in March. It is not June and I have gotten nothing but misleading information from them! I have called and email for months only to be told that it will be a couple of more weeks. Now they have stopped responding completely! I am out $700!

order ID is #82109. I placed the order on April 27, 2017 and paid $493.16.

Since then I got 2 emails saying it will be shipped shortly. Its July 19, 2017 and I still didn't get the item. I left 21 voice message, 12 emails and no reply. They have not refunded me or communicated in any way.

This company is terrible - BUYER BEWARE- they have changed there name - first indication there is a problem. Had the same thing happen to me. Order a table and the top was completely cracked. Called NO ONE picks up the line - even though they say the hours no one ever is at the company. Sent emails finally received a call back and an email saying they were working on the problem and contacted the company - they never got back to me after this and ignored all calls and emails. Finally disputed with the charge with credit company. Wasted a lot of time - this company is HORRIBLE. They show good reviews but its on their website. WARNING DO NOT ORDER FROM THESE PEOPLE
