On November 19, 2015, I signed up for a free ring where I only had to pay for the shipping. The site said to cancel within 30 days, all I had to do was call the number listed. I called SEVERAL TIMES and have sent emails with no response !! When I called, I was immediately put on hold and have not gotten to talk with any representative !! I want my account CANCELLED and my $$ REIMBURSED !! They have taken over 70$ from my bank account !!!
