This FA, Hollis Day Jr, in Baton Rouge, LA 70808, did not honor his contractual obligation. I am writing this post to let people know about the character and total lack of integrity of Hollis Day Jr so that if you are considering doing business with this financial adviser, you know all of the facts. Be careful doing any business with this person as he may choose to simply ignore his legal and ethical responsibility to serve and protect your finances.
I have experienced the same with Hollis Day Jr. He lost a considerable amount of the money I invested with him, as well as a friends that I referred to Hollis thinking Hollis was competent, That entire fund got confiscated and a lot of people lost a lot of money. When it was time to get my money he wined and dined, answered his phone and returned texts. When he started losing my money he avoided me like the plague. I finally had to meet him at his office, and the threw me out.
