Holiday Solutions International Timeshare sale

They offer to buy your timeshare in Mexico for a higher price than you paid. You don't pay anything upfront and their commission is 5% after closing. After they have you for a few months, they say you owe Mexico state taxes b/4 closing on the sale and you need to wire transfer it to an escrow office that is part of their scam. They also come back to you saying you now owe Mexico federal taxes. RUN!

I has the same company hit me the same way. Is it not sad that no one seems to care, the US attorney or the FBI! Than on top of that I tried to get my money back through another agency and they are as scammish as the rest! I am sorry this happened to you as well I have lost about now $12k trying to sell my Regina and cannot get anywhere. I am in touch with a group that investigates these frauds. They make no promises but they have sent me updates on the latest Time Share Scams. If your interested I will give you thier info...

Yes, Holiday Solutions International is a very shady company and shouldn't be trusted to sell your timeshare ownership. They offer all kinds of written and verbal guarantees to sell your timeshare with promises of reimbursement for the so called "federal and state sales taxes", "escrow fees", "escrow state taxes" and who know what else. The reality is that there probably is no sale. It's just a fradulent means for them to keep getting good folks who want out of their timeshare ownership to pay for a service they will never deliver. There sales tactics are very misleading. I recommend steering clear of them. I checked with the State of Colorado real estate licensing department and neither of the HSI salesman are currently legally licensed to sell timeshare property. That right there tells me this company smells of fraud.

Holiday Solutions International Trying to get my bank account data

They claim my Club Regina timeshare for $18930. They say $3028 Mexican Tax will be due and they want me to send details on my bank account number and wire transfer information to Olga Lorena Villa Reynoso at Sevicios Profesionales de Impuestos [protected], Mexico DF in order to transfer money to and from an escrow account at Banco Santander. What should I do?

I bought my timeshare at club Regina Cabo. At the time we enjoyed the westin facilities the 3 years we went regularly. Today I can hardly get any exchange through rvc. They actually are very overtly nasty with club Regina owners, I believe because of the recent lawsuit. One person I spoke to on the phone while trying to get an exchange in Reno said that we are not allowed access to most exchanges! They only offer certain 3 star motels for exchange. Is there anyone out there who has gotten out of their timeshare? I paid in cash for 2 week gold I bd - which I understand is of no value at this point.
