Hotel room 327...
Beautiful room
1. Bathroom had mold growing on caulk around edges of bath tub
2. Wash cloth had black on it
3. Only 1/2 roll of toilet paper no other rolls
4. Hard floors were gritty when walked in bare feet
5. Door keys would not open door for entry
(Waited for maintenance then had to leave because had 8:00 pm ticket event)
6. Returned to find door being propped open (by maintainance I assume) so apprehensive about entering room.
Facility is gorgeous but not clean at all...
Disappointing to find a high quality hotel renting at high cost to be in this condition! I want my money refunded!

5. Door propped open ( by maintainance I assume ) upon return to from 8:00 pm ticketed event, after key cards not opening before event when checked in and couldn’t wait any longer for maintainance to assist because had to leave for 8:00 event had tickets for. Scared to enter...
