Holiday Fury / My order hasn't been shipped and the customer services worked terribly

I bought the sweater from Holiday Fury and the seller sent me the details of the order. It was written that the processing time was 7-10 days and the delivery would take 7 days. I have waited for the second email and nothing came. I have emailed them again and again, but the company barely responded to my emails. They send automatic responses that all their agents were offline, but someone would reach me soon. Blah-blah. Stay away from this creepy website.

    Holiday Fury - Xmas jumper.

    I ordered at let it snow xmas jumper last year. You took my money and never delivered the jumper. I want my money back and I will be taking this to trading standards. I have all your details and proof of purchase. Please refund my money as soon as possible.
