Never thought I would ever encounter something like this in my life. I used to order from them several times and everything was fine. The quality, colors, sizes and so on. But one day they shipped me a wrong item and I decided to return it. Didn't expect it would be tough to do.
First of all, you will have to pay for shipping the item back. Then you will need to wait for them to exchange or replace or refund, it may take up to several weeks, then they will let you choose what you want and again you will have to pay for the delivery. It's really messy. Don't think their customer service will help you. If they could do it, I would be writing this review.
So buyers beware!

I have contacted HockeyMonkey because I did not receive my order. I have purchased a bag from them and after a month of waiting I've decided to ask for a refund. They replied that my order was sent a long time ago and they had no idea what happened to it.
They asked me to wait a bit longer and I agreed.
Well, I've waited but nothing arrived so I asked for a refund and they said they don't do refund and said they'll sent me another bag. Seemed like a great deal so I agreed. Another month passed and nothing. When I contacted HockeyMonkey again they said the same thing. Refund? No. Never got my money back!

I ordered two pairs of hockey ice skates from the company www.hockeymonkey.com. It was awful experience, ‘coz these jerks still haven’t delivered my order. It should be delivered 6 weeks ago, but still nothing. I sent emails and asked to provide it faster or provide refund, but the seller only told to wait. I wonder if there are people, who faced the same problem? I really need help or any useful advice. Please, post your comments and ideas. Thanks.

HockeyMonkey refused to accept an authorized return for a pair of hockey pants I ordered that were way too big. After I got a return authorization number from them and paid the postage to return the pants, HockeyMonkey claimed, falsely, that the pants were used and refused the return. Instead, they sent the unusably huge pants back to me and refused to refund my money. When I received the return package, it was obvious to everyone that the pants were brand new and unused. They have minor sewing defects in a couple of the seams, which were obviously manufacturing flaws. If these flaws make the pants unacceptable to HockeyMonkey, then they sent me defective merchandise in the first place. Their argument is completely at odds with all the facts, no matter how you look at it.

I sent a detailed letter to HockeyMonkey, providing all the facts and ample proof that the pants were never used. I even provided photos showing the pants in their clearly new, unused condition. HockeyMonkey has refused to respond to my letter or refund my $80. This continues their pattern of non-existent customer service. When they first claimed that the pants were used, I left two phone messages for their representative, which he never returned. Instead, HockeyMonkey returned the new pants without talking to me.

I have concluded that HockeyMonkey is a very non-responsive company with extremely poor customer service and I will never do business with them again.

The absolute worst customer service you will ever experience. UPS lost my package which isn't HockeyMonkey.com fault, but good luck getting a refund. Their customer service reps will all give you a different story, and say it will be taken care of tomorrow, it wont be. Regardless of price I will never shop with them ever again and would strongly incourage others to do the same. Pay a little more elsewhere and have a much better experience
