On Tuesday, November 17th, 2015, I tried to report a coworker Kenneth Daughtery for refusing to listen to me on many things, we are both stockman at a Hobby Lobby and he doesn't listen to me about anything, I always tell him how to do things but he insists on doing things his way, thinking his way is better when it's not, I he talks to me like I'm stupid, he often asks about personal things which he will bug me for an answer. I tried to report him today but my boss Glen, he's a full grown male adult, I asked him when ever he wasn't busy, could we talk but he asked me would it be better to talk now, I tried to tell him only when he's not busy but he insisted to do this now. We talked in his office and I told him about the problem I had with this coworker I had and I asked him if maybe he could give either of us something else to do at work where we both don't have to deal with each other and I told him politely I can't work with him. Than he told me than I should clock out and go home, threatening to fire me, I tried to tell him but he didn't believe a word I said, he told me that he's not punishing him just because I don't like him, when he was misinterpreting everything I said, sure he explained we sometimes have to work with people we don't get along but he doesn't understand, this coworker does this to me every time I'm at work. This coworker lies to my boss and says I'm the one whose refusing to listen to him when it's really him whose doing it, he lied to my boss just so he couldn't get into trouble by setting me up as a patsy for no reason. My boss Glen told me that so far, he hasn't seen this coworker doing anything to me but he as no idea that he lies to him and lies about me. Glen, my boss, didn't believe a word I said and only believed what this coworker lied to him about. Glen yelled at me, threatened to fire me and he believes I don't like this coworker for no reason and afterwards, I went into the bathroom and cried silently so no one would hear me. Glen refuses to help me when I have a problem at work, since he doesn't believe me and only believes the worker who apparently is a bully, I know my boss whose my main manager, Glen, refuses to help me with any of my problems. Kenneth spreads lies about me to my boss and probably other people because he had once told me a lie about another worker I know and I was pretty mad afterwards and it seems like people there never notice that your hurting and I have a slight mental disability with my emotions and I find it hard to try and constantly keep my cool when a bully always pushes my limits. I'm dealing with a workplace bully and a boss who I believe is doing something he's not suppose to do to me from what he said to me. I've had this problem for a while in life and I want it to stop, my boss won't do anything because he doesn't believe me but only believes the one who is bullying me. I want something done about Glen and Kenneth, even Kenneth says the wrong things about me for no reason. I need someone who can do something about these people but I know that they will both just lie and someone will be gullible enough to believe them and never believe me when I'm the one whose innocent. I know I could quit my job but if I do that, it will create the chance for this to happen to me again or someone else will have it happen to them and I need this job, I may be a part-time worker there but I deserve respect and dignity and sensitivity, but they expect me to give all of that to them when they won't give any of that to me, even if I earned it, they won't give me any of that. No one cuts me any slack when I'm a victim. I suspect Kenneth may be prejudice. I need someone to help me, but I can't afford a lawyer. Can someone help me?
I completely understand where you are coming from. I used to work at a Hobby Lobby and had to quit for health reasons. Now that I am better and have been for some time, I have tried effortlessly to get a job back. Right now, they are hiring for part time cashiers and I submitted my application. The Store manager was in another state helping set up a new Hobby Lobby so I spoke with the assistant. He told me to come back on Friday, today. So, of course, I did. Only to find the Store manager there working the lobby. I told him that I had turned in my application and that the assistant had told me to come back today. I asked him about my application. He side stepped that question and said that he had already hired two people. I asked why the sign was still up in the window. He told me not to get smart, testy, or something to that effect with him. (Now, I don't work there, so I can talk however I want because technically, I am a customer whose applying for a job). I stood there and kept quiet but letting him know that I wasn't leaving so easily. When I am wronged, I don't walk away. I stay to find out what caused the animosity toward me. Finally he said that he liked me as a person. I said, "so you're not going to give me a chance?" He didn't reply but as I opened the door to leave, I could hear him mumbling something which I didn't stick around to hear. I was nearly livid. So, I've decided to contact the main office. I believe, if you have not done so, or are still working there, then you should do the same. Their phone number is...[protected]. I do not know to what extent they will help you, but it can't hurt to report this. Also, make sure you have ALL of your medical documentation papers together in perhaps a folder, in case they are needed. Never can be sure, so it's best to be safe than sorry. If all the Hobby Lobby stores are like this, the main office, if it really cares about their employees, should do a silent inspection WITHOUT any warning that they are coming. Doing it that way, you ALWAYS find what REALLY goes on inside the stores, because they are NOT expecting you. That's how I would run my business. I would never tell them when I was coming. I want to see how they operate without having to put on airs, and rush around tidying up their messes. This ensures that the quality of the maintenance, and operations at store level are where they should be whether company comes or not.

No, he's an unintelligent bully whose not brilliant, he's a sassy smart mouth who needs to keep his mouth shut and you are just as horrible as he is. You need to leave people alone or get run over by their car.
Sounds like these two people need to be fired because what they're doing is something that people just don't to do a person at a workplace. These two people deserve to be fired.
A psychologist would probably help more than a lawyer could.
