HMSHost classic chicken sandwich-smashburger salt lake airport

I have to say the sandwich that I ordered and received was the absolutely worst sandwich I have ever had. The chicken was flat and tasteless along with being quite tough. If I had more time at the airport, I would have certainly returned it to the counter. I doubt I will ever try another Smashburger in an airport again. What a waste of my money that is for sure.

HMSHost cappuccino

I bought a cappuccino at the Thomas Edison Travel Plaza in Nj. The store was busy and the wait was longer than expected to receive my drink which is understandable but the drink was undrinkable. I ordered a tall nonfat Cappuccino with an extra shot but what I received was like hot milk with a bit of coffee flavor. It was not what I expect from Starbucks as this is my first ever complaint.

HMSHost salad club crispy chicken

I just stop by the rest area here on my way to Atlantic city. Store ID: 4GSBKG02 .Oh my God the salad the letuce was Brown, it tasted really gross. They should not be serving people rating food like . It's unhealthy, they dont care about people heaIth . I didn't embarrass them because the line was so long. I spent almost $50 there it's a disgrace for Burger king. People please watch your food when you buy there.

As much as I love starbucks I will never go back there! It was horrible! I was unable to pay with my starbucks app and they did not care. I should have just waked away without making a purchase but I had my son with me and he really wanted something. We we waiting for our flight at the airport and had to leave our terminal to go to anther terminal and I wish I hadn't gone through the trouble. Could get my stars from my app and meet my goal. 😡

HMSHost burger king

I just stopped at the burger king at the indian meadows travel plaza in ohio and spent $26 for cold onion rings and a double whopper with cheese that came with no cheese. Took 6 minutes to receive the order that included chicken fries and a salad. Not impressed or happy at all. After traveling on a toll road i would have hoped for a better experience. Receipt was cirrect, too bad the actual food wasn't.

my experience at Starbucks in Richard Stockton plaza was so poor employees on there cell phone when ask to speak to a manger one could not be found. Bugs in the pastry case I ask to speak to a manger because of this situation I watched my order being made and the amount of bugs around the tea that is a problem I asked for a refund but no manger was found when I asked and employee I was told i just work here this is a bad place for service I will be contacting Starbucks

HMSHost customer service

I asked worker in bar area if I can place an order to go and she said yes. But very little eye contact as she kept talking to a gentleman.

I asked if I could pay now and said yes. Continued talking to the guy and told him she's multi-tasking.

Didn't bother to say thank you, nor come back and see us nor hope you enjoy your food. Nothing all this time talking to a guy sitting in bar area.

HMSHost starbucks el paso airport, upstairs

I have ""tried" to use this establishment 3 times in about the past 5 weeks. Each time, they have been out of black tea, a staple item, I would think, for Starbucks. The dates were. June 27, June 6, and May 30. The second visit, the clerk offered to make me some. The third and last time, I was informed that they didn't have the product to make any tea after I asked if some could be made. Christin, 322469, told me she didn't usually work this shift and that a shipment would be coming any day. I guess that make her blameless. The outside temperature was 105. Maybe she should have asked the downstairs Starbucks if they had any she could use, since they are all managed by HMS. As I was traveling for a family emergency and ultimately a funeral, I was very unhappy. I am a Starbucks junkie for their black tea with nothing added. Please train you employees in customer service and how to keep supplies stocked. You never know what the reason is for a customer to be in your establishment. When you are willing to pay the ridiculous prices an airport charges, you should be top notch in service and you are the bottom rung.

HMSHost burger king terrible service and chicken burned

I am writing about store ID 4INBKG10. I am a trucker and parked there for the night of 30 June 17. Burger King was the only place open at service station and only had two people working one at counter then one making food. Christine(364577) was working the counter and I understand she is stressed because her supervisor obviously didn't plan that on a holiday weekend it will be busy. After Christine took my order and another customer she decided to just go on break while there was still a huge line. She was gone for more than an half hour because I waited forever for my food because the other person was in back making the food. Then when I received my food the chicken was burnt so I had only like three bites because I had no choice either that or be hungry

I would like to know who i can contact to press charges against Lynette Warren due to the fact that i did not give her permission to touch me at all.

Thank you very much and I hope that I can get this serious issue addressed right away. I am suffering from emotional an psychological damages regarding what Lynette Warren did to me. I have already spoke with an attorney regarding this matter. Your prompt attention to this situation would greatly be appreciated!

HMSHost snd bord prot ch whole wheat turkey breast mozzarella and tomato

June 13 2017. purchased the above at the Larder. TB. LAX. cost $13.76. On receipt of above and taking my first bite and last bite might I add. Bread stale inside filling bland with very little flavour, dry, Desired resolution: Should not be in business providing rubbish that was presented to me. Would not recommend this food outlet. The cost of this meal is daylight robbery. Not a pleasant memory leaving this food outlet.

HMSHost quality of the leafy salad.

I have had this Salad on many occasions and go to "Twist" specifically to have it. Service was prompt and friendly. Salad arrived, looked and smelled good with the bacon slices and blue cheese dressing... looked yummy as always... until I had 2 bites! It was as if I was eating sand and I thought the lettuce had not been washed. I advised the waiter who was very apologetic and replaced the salad for me. I wanted the Leafy Salad so his offer of another entree and some starters while I waited were declined.
The new salad arrived and the same thing again... gritty and sandy and in addition the dressing was like milk. I did not finish it and then the Manager appeared and acknowledged my complaint and the watery dressing. He listened to me, apologized profusely and said the Salad would be removed from the Bill.
A very disappointing experience after so many previous good ones and delicious Leafy Salads... not this time... something was different.
Compliments to the Waiter and Manager though who handled this complaint with concern and to my satisfaction. Well Done "Twist".

Staff name Victoria 366441 is really not nice really rude. I feel like she's not really want to work or happy with her jobs. First of all i try to order 12 munchkin donut but she she said we only sale 5-10-25 munchkins so I said then I take 10 which is stupid instead you can sale me 12 but by some dunkin policy or whatever you can't sale me so your lost not mine! But she gave me 9 munchkin in the plastic cup so i told my husband to went back to get me 1 more munchkin cause i dont wanna deal with her. If she were nice or smile say hi for me I wouldn't care about 1 missing stupid munchkin and I'm not gonna complaining

HMSHost starbucks

Visited the Starbucks location in Houston terminal c June 24 @ 2:30. I have to say worst service and crew ever! First it took Ms Kishai an long time to acknowledge me as I stood in front of the register. She took my order and as I went to pay with my Starbucks card she proceeded to tell me the system is down and I would have to pay cash or credit? Then I proceeded to wait for my drinks with several others as we watched what appeared to be a bunch of confused sloths wandering behind the counter. After my drink was made it sat while they tried to find dome lids all this while what appeared to be the Sloth in charge was standing there flipping through a now brewing magazine. Finally after my drink had started to melt I was informed they were out of domed lids! I received my drink at 3:59 if I thought I could get a quick refund I would have asked for one but that would have required the manager to put down the magazine and manage/lead his lack luster crew! C'mon get those kids some vitamins and some training starting with the manager.

HMSHost service

We were in the Anchorage airport on Saturday, June 17. The service in the Norton Sound Seafood restaurant was horrible. We waited over 10 minutes for someone to take our drink order-which they got wrong. Then I ordered the chowder/salad combo and the server brought the wrong salad. No one ever came over to the table to see if everything was OK or if we needed anything.

HMSHost chilis - fort lauderdale airport

Hi,

I ordered a salad to go on Monday June 12th. The host had told me it would only take about 10-15 minutes and it ended up taking 35 minutes by the time I received it I had to board the plane. Upon boarding I noticed the way I ordered the salad was completely wrong. I am dairy and gluten free so could not eat it because of the cheese and tortilla strips on the salad. I was told to contact this website for a refund.

On Monday June 12 2017 at 3:46 PM I purchased 2 Crispy Chicken sandwiches, 2 fries and 2 med drinks $20.28.
The sandwiches were the worst I have ever tried to eat, a box of rubber bands would have been more appetizing. If we didn't order take out and already enter 295 South I would have returned them. I travel about 20 times a year to this plaza heading to upper Maine and back South to Massachusetts.

HMSHost marginal quality of food items at premium prices

I expect to pay a premium price for airport concession convenience, but really: serve up a container of soup with a smattering of scant ingredients and fill it only 2/3's - AND charge over $5.00?!?! Hello ... IT'S SOUP! already a high margin menu item ... they can't afford an extra 3 cents of ingredients, mostly WATER to make it at least look like a decent value?!? (Doubt it - just being greedy, thinking people won't care ...)

P.S. the pork filled egg roll is terrible.

HMSHost I want to complain about the bad service at starbucks at sanford airport.

I want to thank the only friendly cashier his name is Edward. But terrible service wait for my danish chees almost 20 minutes and to top it off were 2 and I got only one, I had to wait 10 more minutes for the other. I recommend it q it would be better if they do as all Starbucks put their names on the drinks pq by the name of the drink and there were 2 people with the mines drinks. It has no organization whatsoever when it comes to paying my drinks there was only one person waiting to pay and I had to wait almost 30 minutes for my drinks and my danish chees is amazing. The person who was in front of me all his food from the badly had he most lacked a sandwich. The employee who was heating the meals had a negative attitude. I think in all my experience as a Starbucks customer I've never had any experience.

HMSHost popeyes kennebunk maine

So got to this location and at 245 encountered a long line. It was strange for that time of day. One person working she helped one customer then left counter. It was over 5 minutes before anyone even noticed let alone help customers. It took me half an hour to get food. There was one employee up front putting mashed potatoes into containers but not once did she even care no one was helping even though we all were asking for help. Why did this happen? Please explain
