HMSHost / rudeness

I visited the toronto Pearson pre boarding Tim Hortons in Terminal 3 on March 23, 2017.
The employee who are bed to me (name on receipt attached) was very rudd abd Unprofessional. I don't understand the criteria u employee these people. Dhe had no customer service and kept saying it was my fault she over charged me. I webt over my order with her and she was trying to brush me off with her negative deminar. I will definately not be visiting this location they were very slow to begin with abd thd service was the worst.
Very dissapointed customer
