HMSHostchick fil a at hartsfield atl airport

Our family had a scheduled flight departing Atlanta to Wisconsin. Southwest airlines delayed our flight 4 hours. We chose ChikFilA since I have the app. I had 2 reward items on my app that I wanted to redeem. The cashier informed me that the ChikFilA app was not accepted. The attending manager informed me that they are not able to read barcodes from the app. How disappointing! If I'd known they wouldn't or couldn't, I would not have waited in line and gone elsewhere. Please have a sign at that airport location stating that mobile app is not accepted where customers are able to see it easily.
