HMSHost / bad attitude, rude employee

The employee was rude when I asked for the sauce for the chicken nuggets, she was rude to all the students (35) that I was traveling with. It felt as if she was paying for the condiments, napkins . some of the orders were taking a long time and even asking how much longer was it going to take, she had an attitude and would just walk away. She should not be in the customer service industry.

    She was probably overwhelmed! I know I would be if 36+ customers all arrived at the same time.
