HLB Bandar Mahkota Cheras / counter 8 servicing atm card issue
Was at HLB Mahkota Cheras Branch at 11.10am and there weren't many people, i was the second one who came in and being escalated to Counter 8 for ATM card filed to do withdrawal. Not sure what was the girl's name on duty but I assumed that the 2nd customer she was serving was her friends. The service was disappointing as is was not professional as they seems to have chat session during their ATM card application session which I think it could be done in a much effective way. While waiting for my turn, there was another customer who just went to counter 8 to submit and do inquiry and the staff did not acknowledge that customer to wait and queue. There were less than 5 customer in the bank at that time and I was wondering why other staff cannot assist? (just wondering maybe that is how bank operate, everybody has their own role)
Although it is not a big issue but on a customer point of view, things can be done better especially for people who are in a rush.
