Hiranandani Upscale / Bannerghatta/ Suadela Constructions Pvt Ltd review: SUMIT KUMAR/ R.RAJESH LIED TO ME REGARDING AGREEMENTS 4

I have booked one apartment in Hiranandani upscale at their Bannerghata project way back in 2009. But even after almost three years this company is playing hide and seek game. they absolutely do not communicate or give clear pictures. They had big land dispute with land owner and were not able to resolve.

But as per their telephonic versions they seems have acquired another land closeby ( i am not sure, but as someone from their USA OFFICE conveyed) and promised to deliver agreements by Jan 2012. But that did not happen. After visiting their office personally we met Rajesh R. and Akhila Rao who asked for 20900/- for franking charges which I paid and they promised to deliver agreements in 10 days, That did not happen. I came back from North America but again upon follow up they showed their inability to deliver the agreements for one reason or another conveyed to me telephonically but nothing in black and white, After some time they have stopeed taking my calls and no body would answer, Sumit/ or Rajesh will not share number of their GM. Satish at Bangalore office, nor he will return calls as promised. Finally with great difficulty when I warned them ( i came back here by march end) that If I do not get my agreement by 20th april night ( the day I am suppose to leave overseas) then I will have to act accordingly. They promised to deliver by 20th April 2012 latest by 8 pm. and that was confirmed at 5 PM over telephone for second time. Sumit confirmed me that person has already started towards my Bangalore location to deliver the same, But I waited till midnight, nothing came in. It was pure stage managed stunt and lie from Sumit Kumar/ Rajesh and Satish of Hiranandani. I spoke to Ajit Mathew and Mahesh also during same week.

Then I informed their USA office and they promised to resolve in 12 hours. Now till date by 21st evening no one is picking up phone. Trying to get in touch with Sharoy Patel, Prashant Mirkar. However Kanchan Macrehans from Bombay office said someone will call me today and fix up. But I see there is big problem in Hiranandani, firstly they had land dispute, now they make excuses from last 3 months that agreement will be delivered today or tomorrow and that tomorrow is never coming to reality. I doubt even if they have acquired land so far or not, as they have not provided any copy of BBMP approval.

It sounds very fishy and scary when this company doesn't have any official or professional approach. They do not believe in responding or replying. None of their mails in last three years have given any picture of construction or land acquisition or dispute or probable date of agreement, leave alone the completion. To me it looks very scary as I have not seen any integrity or creditibility in their telephonic excuses and vague promises. I hope managing director is aware of this and fix up. There are 100s other are in same boat who booked in Hiranandani. So far Sumit / Rajesh refuse to even share BBMP approval, looking at this it looks pretty obvious that there is something seriously wrong. I want to ask Hiranandani that is our money safe? or there is something in your mind? I have heard many builders in India take away money and don't deliver for one reason or other. I am not aware of outcome of this builder by name Hiranandani Upscale, as our money is struck from 3 years and no agreement, still they do not have any approvals from Bank and have started demanding for third installment. Looks QUITE SCARY.

Is this a scam or a big fraud happening ? Else people like Sumit kumar or Rajesh R. or Satish will not lie specially when they say person has already started to deliver the agreement and he never turns up... I can't believe this kind of lies are happening under the supervision of Mr. Hiranandani. Its time for him to wake up and act. I tried to contact him in their Bombay office and Kanchan promised that he will talk to me.

For readers knowledge no actual construction has started / no bank approvals are in place/ no agreements are made and have started demanding third installment. Want to understand what is in the mind of HIRANANDANI.
