Hiranandani Upscale Bannergatta Bangalore / VERY RUDE MANAGER MR. SATISH- CUSTOMER SERVICE SUCKS, DELAY IN PROJECT, ISPUTED LAND, INDEFINITE WAITING
One Mr. Satish, who is suppose to be General Manager in Hiranandani upscale/ Suadela Construction Pvt Ltd Bangalore is very rude, He is harassing us on everyday basis and very rude on phone when we ask for agreement or any information related to progress of project, which is due from last three years. I have been talking to him since Jan 2012 and his response is very unfriendly, rude. How can he show attitude and temper when we are waiting for 3 years because of their mistake? He is really making customer irritated by not coming on the phone and by not providing them exact information. As and when he is trapped on phone ( when we call from hidden number) He says he is not responsible for this company, though he is General manager at Bangalore. His version is that we can get any information from Bombay office and he is not liable to respond to us. According to him Bombay office is responsible for Bangalore project or its delay or any documents.
(Some time I happened to talk to him through his junior's phone, he doesn't really want to pick up his phone through board numbers)
I am after him from past so many weeks and as and when I happen to talk to him, his very rude, arrogant and will not show any sign of help or direction to resolve or provide us with right information. His reply is usually " I DON'T KNOW" I wonder how is this office managed with this type of person who do not have basic etiquttes of managing office, leave alone customer service.
Again HIranandani upscale has no clue of BBMP approval and when asked for approval Mr. Satish and his office staff refused. We paid them around 3 years ago and still no construction activity on site. There is/was a big land dispute with the landowner and hiranandani. They have already collected 20% and asking for third installment without even giving agreement, On top of that penalty is being asked, specially when they are suppose to pay us interest for delayed period of 2 years for initial 10% amount paid.
We are still waiting for agreements even after 3 years and from last four months we are continuously following up but either you hold the phone (local security guys are their reception/board unfortunately), or they will promise to call back with update, but that never happens.
The Way Satish is managing his office, it may lead to complete customer dissatisfaction and disaster. His arrogancy has really made me upset and like wise 100s of other buyers, He is not at all customer friendly and hungs up phone as and when we get chance to get him on phone. In last 4 months we have called over 200 times but this manager Satish has not returned even single call.. DOES HE NOT HAVING ETIQUETTE TO RETURN CALL, WHEN IT IS PROMISED BY THEIR JUNIORS THAT HE WILL CALL BACK. There is no voice mail in place.
In this circumstances do you think any body will feel safe with their invested money ? Any investor or buyer feels safe with his money if the builder is having proper customer service in place. But it seems Hiranandani's really do not know what is CUSTOMER SERVICE, OR TIMELY SERVICE. EVEN THEY DO NOT BELIEVE IN CORRESPONDENCE OR UPDATE IN OFFICIAL METHOD. TYPICAL LALA STYLE SHOP RUN BY HIRANANDANIS
HIRANANDANI COLLECTED MONEY AND BOOKED APARTMENTS EVEN WITHOUT HAVING LAND OR WITH DISPUTED LAND. 100s of CUSTOMERS ARE WAITING FROM THREE YEARS AND FRUSTRATED. THEY ARE SITTING ON OUR MONEY AND WE DO NOT KNOW IF OUR MONEY IS REALLY IN SAFE HANDS?
Though this company made little name in Bombay due to one project, but in Bangalore they are still struck with their first project, I believe they had same land dispute in Powai Mumbai also.
I AM STILL DOUBTFUL IF THEY WILL BE ABLE TO COMPLETE THE PROJECT AS THE LAND STATUS IS UNKNOWN.
