Hindustan Pureit / Long delay in refilling batteries

Hi, My name is Sasidev and I am using Hindustan Pureit water filters. I have never seen such a shoddy after sales service with any company till now. Its been more than 15 days and I have already made 8 phone calls to get the battery replaced. But still no response. Their product is no superior when compared to Aqua guard I would rather say it is not upto the eureka standards. And on top of that they have the worst after sales service one can imagine. My suggestion for all my known ones and the ones who is reading this complaint is not to buy a product which is having the worst of after sales service. I suppose only hindustan unilever can provide best of worst customer service in the entire globe.

    Hi, I am Rama Kishore from Hyderabad. I agree with Sasidev. It took me more that 2 months to get my Battery replaces after escalating the matter very seriously. The Purit system is good, but the Company service is very bad.
