hilton hotel longboat key / miss quoting
i made a booking by phone at central reservations. when booking i verified more than 3 times what was included, beds, balcony view, parking and breakfast. i paid in full as we are due to visit shortly. i got an email confirmation but their was no mention of breakfast. i emailed and got reply back to say it was not included. i replied explaining that it was quoted and their must be a mistake. a reply came back saying no. i phoned and explained again what had happened, a very rude woman basically said to me that was how it is take it or leave it. i explained that all i wanted was what i was quoted for and surely they would have a recording of the booking, again no was the answer. i then emailed complaints who passed me over to the general manager, who again was addemant i would not get breakfast. i explained to him it was quoted including but no joy. i kept sending emails and he eventually passed me over to reservations who have subsequently come back as no. it is not the fact that i particually wanted breakfast but wanted what i was quoted for and then paid for, surely they are in breach of contract?
