I HAD TOOK MY CAR IN FOR SERVICE SATURDAY THE 2ND OF MAY AND STATED THAT THE ABS, SRS, AND VSA LIGHTS WERE ON IN THE CAR I STATED TO CALL ME BEFORE THEY DID ANYTHING TO THE CAR. SO MONDAY I RECIEVED A CALL FROM THE GIRL WHO WAS HANDLEN THE SITUATION SHE HAD TOLD ME IT WAS THE RIGHT REAR WHEEL SENSOR SO I SAID OKAY NO PROBLEM SO AS THE DAY WENT ON I RECEIVED ANOTHER CALL FROM THE GIRL STATING THAT THE CAR NEEDS A TRANSMISION SEEED SENSOR SO I SAY OKAYNO PROBLEM I ASKED HOW MUCH MY BILL WAS AND THAT WAS THAT. SO I WAS WAITING FOR THEM TO CALL ME THAT DAY BUT THEY NEVER DID MIND YOU THAT WAS TUESDAY NOW WENDSDAY COMES I RECEIVE A CALL TELLING ME THAT THERES SOMETHING ELSE WRONG WITH THE CAR SO THE GIRL PUTS THE TECH ON THE PHONE WITH ME AND WE TALK ABOUT THE CAR AND WHAT I HAD LOOKED AT PRIOR TO BRINGING IT THERE I TOLD HIM THAT MY MACHANIC SAID THE ABS PUMP WAS BAD SO HE CALL A JUNKYARD AND FOUND THE PART AND WE SWAPED IT OUT AND THE LIGHTS WERE STILL ON SO I HAD HIM PUT THE OTHER ONE BACK IN. SO HE ASKED ME IF THE WRIGHT ONE WAS IN THE CARE NOW I SAID YES SO HE SAID THAT HE WAS GOING TOCHECK THE WIRES AND GET BACK TO ME I SAID OKAY. THURSDAY COMES I WAITED FOR A CALL NEVER GOT ONE, SO I CALLED AND SPOKE TO THE GIRL AGAIN AND SHE SAID IM GOING TO LEAVE A MESSAGE WITH THE SERVICE DPT. MANAGER MARYLOU ROCCO I SAID OKAY. I WAITED ALL DAY SHE NEVER GOT BACK TO ME . SO FRIDAY I TAKE IT APON MYSELF TO GO THERE TO SPEEK IN PERSON SO ME MARYLOU AND THE TECH WORKING ON THE VEHICLE SO HE EXPLAINES TO ME WHAT THE PROBLEM CAN BE IT WAS TO EXPENSIVE TO DO SO I SAID NO THEN I ASKED HIM A VERY SIMPLE QUESTION I WHEN THE ABS LIGHT IS ON THERES A PULSEATING IN THE BRAKE PEDAL HE SAID NO HE SAID IT WAS MY RIGHT REAR WHEEL SENSOR AND THAT HE REPLACED IT I SAID YOUR SHORE HE SAID THE PEDAL WILL NOT PUTTER I SAID OKAY FORGET ABOUT THE LIGHT ON THE DASH THEN ILL PAY YOU FOR THE WORK YOU DID. SO I PAID FOR THE JOB THEN ASKED THEM WHEN THE CARE WAS GOING TO BE READY THEY TOLD ME LATER IN THE DAY ISAID OKAY. SO IM WAITING FOR THEM TO CALL FINALLY 430PM I GOT TO CALL THEM TO SEE WHATS GOING ON THE GIRL TELLS ME ITS GOING TO BE READY IN 10 MINUTES ISAID IM COMING DOWN. I WALKIN TO GET MY KEYS I GET THEM THE FIRST THING I DO IS GET IN PUT THE CAR I REVERSE AND STEP ON THE BRAKE THERES PUTTERING IN THE PEDAL SO I PUT IT IN DRIVE AND GO FOWARD AND THE SAME THINGS HAPPENING SO I GO BACK INSIDE I ASL THE GIRL TO GET THE TECH THAT I SPOKE TO SHE GETS HIM I SAID YOU TOLD ME THAT THERE WASNT GOING TO BE A PUDDER IN THE PEDAL HE SAID THEIRS NOT SO I MADE HIME COME OUT SIDE TO SEE FOR HIMSELF LET HIM GET IN AND DRIVE HE TELLS ME HE DONT FEEL IT THEN I MAKE HIM DO IT AGAIN SO AT THIS POINT I A LITTLE TICKED OFF SO I MAKE HIM PARK THE CAR GO INSIDE TO SPEAK WITH THE SERVICE MANAGER I SAY WE HAD A COVERSATION EARLYER THE TECKH TOLD ME THE PUDDERING IN THE PEDAL WOULD NOT BE THERE I SAID MY CAR IS THE SAME AS WHEN I DROPPED IT OF TO YOU PEOPLE I SAID IM NOT TAKEING THE CAR I SAID I WHAT YOU TO TAKE THE PARTS BACK AND GIVE ME A REFUND SHE SAID WHY DONT YOU LET ME LOOK IT OVER ONE MORE TIME I HAVE A DIFFRENT TECH LOOK AT IT I SAID OKAY AGAIN MINED THIS ITS A WEEK ALLREADY MONDAY COME I WAITING FINALLY I GET A CALL THAT THERE LOOKING AT IT OKAY FINE . NOW ITS TUSDAY MAY 12TH THE GIRL CALLS ME AND SAID THE TECH THINKS IT CAN BE YOU ROTORS I SAY YOU KNOW WHAT I HAD IT I DONT WANT ANYTHING ELSE DONE WITH MY CAR HAVE MARYLOU CALL ME. SO I GET A CALL AND I TELL MARYLOU TO TAKE THE PARTS OUT OF MY CAR AND I DEMAND A REFUND SHE TELLS ME I CANT DO THAT THEN I LOST IT AND WHENT A LITTLE CRAZY LIKE ANYONE WOULD DO AND THATS WERE IM AT SIX HUNDRED AND SEVENTY TWO DOLLARS POORER WITH NOTHING TO SHOW FOR HOW IS THAT POSSIBLE
