Hillarys Shutters / Installation delayed by 8 weeks 2 days prior to agreed installation date
The installation of my shutters was pushed back by 8 weeks two days prior to the agreed installation date. I contact my sales rep whose response was "I can't help you need to contact customer services, I don't deal with installation issues".
There is no option on the Hilary's call centre for customer complaints, nor is there a complaints avenue through their website.
I am in a situation where I have no avenue to complain or get my issue resolved and an 8 week delay.
Also, the Hilary's contract says I could not move the installation date for any reason...yet they can delay by 8 weeks!!!
