Hillarys Shutters / None delivery and unreasonable delay

We ordered shutters on 6th March and were advised they would be fitted within 8 weeks. We are now in the fifth month, despite a complaint letter, at least 10 telephone calls we are still waiting for the shutters to be delivered to an installer, before we can even arrange an installation date. Phone calls are not responded to; they have a deposit of nearly £600; we feel so frustrated at such poor custmer service and are not being given any names of how we take the complaint higher or get our money back.
