THOMAS LYLE WOODWORTH was the commander of the 425 INF in IRAQ 2004. He had my son MARC P JONES arrested with no charge and later had my son maimed by his command. Mr WOODWORTH Later relived of his command for bigotry and troop abuse. My son is still maimed to this day because of this cruel bigot. Why is such a well known company employing a racist, KKK, hate mongering person like Mr WOODWORTH. That company must also be in lock step with his beliefs. AVOID THIS COMPANY LIKE THE PLAGUE. ONLY BIGOTS ARE THERE!

Well I was a former employee and I noticed bigotry as well there. I can't pinpoint Hill as a company that only hires bigots because I am sure it goes on everywhere. Although, one thing I noticed was Hill hires alot of family and friends that are not qualified for some high profile positions. For example my old supervisor was by far not management material and I had witnessed Vice presidents of other departments, project managers, and even one of the owners admit to my face that my supervisor should retire because he is terrbile at managing. Well of course me and my department were subject to working for this supervisor who was late everyday for work, sloppy, forgetful, incompetant, no leadership skills, spineless, paranoid, and the guy would always state how he hated the company and Mr. S. Richter. I tell ya if you saw the guy in person you would think he was homeless. Then there were V.P's that literally did nothing but earned a six figure salaries. I worked under a V.P that literally did nothing but play golf on company time and visit job site and talk about how it was important to get a decent coffee maker onsite. Lol. This company is a crashing fast because of the many incompetant people in high positions that are worth nothing to the company. Another and last example is when you have a V.P who is third in command under the owner and the son calling a former employee for construction advice who works for a direct competitor in Philadelphia (STV). Then you know the company is going to sink fast. Wow how some people make there money with out even having any skill... They keep laying off people every week but keep hiring more incompetant family and friends that keep hurting the company. What a soap opera this place was to work for. I have to admit though I had a alot of laughs listening too and working with some of the most incompetant people in the construction industry at Hill. They let the experienced and credible individuals that can secure the company's future growth leave and keep the irresponsible people employed that have contributed to the company's downfall. Hill will be sold and done within two years and be just like one of the bad in debt many companies they aquired for there portfolio. Peace out to a dying would of, could of, should of been a great company. NOT!
