I found this website through the DMV for my son to take his learner's permit online. He started with Road Rules portion of the test. When he reached question # 14 he answered and press the continue button. The questions kept reappearing not allowing him to continue. It was Sunday night and customer service was not available. I told my son to shut the computer down and restart it. Once he signed in again web page took him to the road signs test reflecting that he failed the road rule portion. He completed the road signs and pass but systeme would not let him go back to the original test to complete it. I called there customer service the next day and to my surprise... they where rude right of the back. The rep wouldn't look up his account to show that he had trouble. He simply told me " I'm familiar with how the sytstem works and your son failed". "You have to pay a full $24.99 for him to take that portion of the test again." Wow! This leaves me with the impression the company rigids the website to obtain more money from people. I'm disappointed to know the State of Florida Transportion Department supportes this company. I wouldn't trust niether highschooldrivers.com or 123driving.com. I rather go directly to DMV. Again another company one cannot trust online.

Do not choose this school. They are obviously greasing someone's pocket at the DMV to get to be the site that the state recommends. Once you complete your course, they tell you it will take 7-10 business days to receive your certificate. If you would like one emailed, they will charge you $10. Ten dollars for something that should be free. They are intentionally gouging people who do not want to wait up to two weeks. RIPOFF! FL state agency should be ashamed.

The company scams people and after speaking with the local DL office, I can prove it but there seems to be no oversight.

1) My daughter took the test and passed it. However, when my billing information was entered into the system, the contact was also changed to my name. Simple fix you would think but, I was told they have no access to the tests once they are completed. I accepted that and was issued a promo code even though it isn't right to make the kids take the exam twice.

2) My daughter took the test again using the promo code and 10 minutes into the test she was failed for going over the time allowed... We called customer service and were told that she went over the time and has to take the test over again and pay for it... They refused to accept their system failed. We have the confirmation with the time the test started and captured the call on the cell phone. 20 minutes into the phone call, she still should have had 30 minutes of test time left... I got fed up with the woman on the phone and was placed on hold for 30 minutes before they picked up and then hung up on me.

3) Going back to 1), when we went to the DL office, the woman looked my daughter up and only showed she tested once and failed after 78 minutes... My daughter was the first to spit out that you only have 60 minutes to take the test. We asked if that was the total time of both tests and the DL people said that she only took the test once... We explained what had happened and were told that highschooldriver.com would have had to delete the test...

We were given the number in Tallahassee [protected] too complain to but, still have not gotten results to date.

I suggest finding another DAT program and taking your kids to the DL office to test (yes, can still do that and it is cheaper).

My daughter (bright girl) took the test via this site (highschooldriver.com 123Driving.com serviced by same support). On a large number of questions, after she would select her answer there would be a lag of 5-15 seconds, and then state that she took too long to answer the question, rejecting her answer even though she had clicked it 15 seconds before. It seemed to intensify after she had been getting a lot of (what I consider) right answers, like it was jigged to make you fail and pay the $25 again. I called the company and they gave us a code for a second chance when I was very firm with them. They seemed to be quick to state that it could be my Internet connection (10MBS, plenty high enough) or their "servers". She took the test again, with similar results in lag only after she answered a question (not during any other part of the site engagement). The last question was amazing. With over 15 seconds left on the question (each question must be answered within 50 seconds or it is a failed question) she answered and then we watched the timer time down all the way to 0 and state that she did not answer in the appropriate time and failed. Additionally, there are "security" questions that pop up at the top of the screen that she has to answer during the 50 seconds she has to read and answer the question. And then there are attention challenging graphics that distract from the question. Calling the next day (3 times, 20+ minutes wait times) with my experience again, I only received rude rejection. I do not trust this site or their integrity. I am disappointed in Florida for partnering with this money gathering scam. My credit card is disputing the charge. Good luck to you if you have already purchased from them! I spent too much time on this.

Same thing happened to me. The system locked up and kept repeating same question. Then my daughter was logged off and could not log back in. Customer service were totally rude and refused to help or refund my money. 123driving.com is a total scam.
AVOID 123DRIVING.COM!
