I filled out an plication for merchant account with highriskpay.com. My account was approved 3 days after i applied ((While i was waiting for their response i found a better Merchant Service Provider)) So as they told me that i was approved i told them that i do not want their account. 4 month later i found out that signed me up anyway and been charging my checking account all this time. Turns out that their application is an agreement as well. Anyone had the same problem with them?
I was going through the application process with them (for a merchant services account) but they said they had to have a man come out to my home and take pictures as part of the application process. So, that was awkward but okay, I really need to process some transactions already. Next, they said underwriting needs my username and password for my paypal account. They said if they cannot log into my paypal account they will not approve my application. Their applications have BMO Harris Bank logo’s all over them so I went to BMO Harris Bank locally and BMO Harris corporate looked into it and determined that this company has no legal rights to be using BMO Harrris Bank’s logos or likeness. BMO Harris Bank is investigating and I also filed a police report with local law enforcement. I’ve placed a fraud alert on my credit and changed my bank account. These people are seriously shady. Stay away from them!
I did business with this company www.highriskpay.com. I opened up a high risk merchant account and I was approved. I spoke to Ami (no last name on his email).He told me I was approved for unlimited processing. I took the account and processed $15, 000 my 1st day.
My 2nd day I processed $10, 000.
I never received any funds in my account, the account was closed.
This company is nothing but thieves. I tried to call them to see what happened to my money, and have not gotten any response.
I had to close my business checking account and I am now contacting the Better Business Bureau and filing a report. I found
out this company has multiple DBA's.and use fake names to cover there fruad

I left them a review on BBB about my issues I’ve experienced with them. They don’t have a Yelp account or I would leave them a review there. I also haven’t found a Google verified address on them so I cannot leave them a review on Google (or I would). They are seriously a very unprofessional company. For a business that claims to work in an environment dealing with secure information they certainly act very laid back about asking for your personal online banking usernames/passwords. I was floored when they demanded my paypal username/password. I told them absolutely not and they came back saying I could simply change my password after they were done. Who does business like this? I’m sorry you had to deal with them Ron, they are terrible people.
we don't have any cancellation fee and our agreements are month to month all you need to do email us or call to cancel, if you will provide me with your business name we will be more then happy to refund you for 4 months of monthly fee.
